RRCS: today is not going as planned. Why can't DS nap like he always does so that I can tutor during his nap and not have to worry about him? Kid- you literally nap every day at 8:30 and 1:30 for 1.5 hours! Why did you only nap for 30 minutes this morning?
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? My friends from out of town came to visit. She is playing the wicked witch in the wizard of oz tour and she came through our town.

Age of LO(s): will be 18 months in 3 days
Cycle/Month: 3/4
CD/DPO: 13
RRCS: I'm hoping for a cycle less than 40 days this time. First one was 46, 2nd was 42, and I feel like DS is nursing a tiny bit less lately.
Downer: I feel like most of my bmb is already knocked up again so I'm taking a break from it. It's hitting me harder than I expected.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? We went and saw fireworks which was fun. DS was pretty cranky by the time the fireworks started though.
bradysalon, I'm sorry nap time didn't go as planned. It seems to be only when you actually NEED them to nap that they have other plans!
Age of LO(s): 1 next week!
Cycle/Month: 2
CD/DPO: CD 21
RRCS: Finally got a positive OPK about an hour ago! Flashing smiley this morning..then my Wondfo's arrived late morning so I HAD (obviously) to pee on one. It looked pretty darn positive so I peed on every type of digi OPK I own...all solid smileys! I texted DH with a picture of the Wondfo saying "someone's getting lucky tonight!" LOL
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Nope..DH worked all weekend so I spent most of my time trying to keep the grass seed we just put down wet so it doesn't fry in the heat and glaring sun. Fun!
I could not feel you more on the BMB issue BabyStandish. I started the TTC check-in on our board 16 months ago. There were maybe three of us TTC at that time. Since then, probably a third of our BMB has come and gone. There are people who started a year after me that already in second tri. It's so freaking hard. I've taken a major step back so I get it. (Sorry for the word vomit! I have a lot of feels about this topic!)
RRCS: today begins the TWW of my first medicated cycle. It's going to be a long few weeks.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Not really. I drove myself 3 hours for a monitoring appointment on Sunday and then Monday we just enjoyed a quiet day at home.

Age of LO(s): 15 months
Cycle/Month:1/2
CD/DPO: 10
RRCS: I need to shut my brain off and stop spiraling for the next 3 days. TWW really messes me up and I am having some good signs but it's still too early to test. Feeling tired/slight nausea with a bit of spotting.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Our Canada Day was on the Friday and the inlaws babysat DS so MH and I could have a date night and a sleep in the next day. Other than that we had a grumpy, teething, dictator toddler all weekend

ourcrazynavylife yeah. It's a weird feeling. I'm not a fan lol. I think I'd feel a little bit better if I knew some of them were actually trying. I feel like I got blindsided. Like I'm really happy for them, but I'm starting to feel left behind.
caer yeah, it's hard. Our bmb is a pretty small group to begun with. Fx for you this cycle!
Cycle/Month: 2/2 of charting after 7/7 months of winging it with fingers crossed
CD/DPO: 19/4
RRCS: I'm really hoping to stay off the crazy train.. Or atleast for another few days lol.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Nothing exciting. Weather was crappy so inside cookout at mils. Then us 3 stood on our porch and watching fireworks going off in the neighborhood. The look on DS's face during fireworks is priceless

Luckily most of my BMB moved to FB before the mass exodus to TCF so I don't have to see all of the subsequent pregnancies but I know there have been quite a few.
Age of LO(s): 2.5
Cycle/Month: 15/14
CD/DPO: 5
RRCS: DD has started to call all of her baby dolls her little sister/brother, talks about her friend at school (who is a few months younger) becoming a big sister, and every time we see a baby on TV or in real life she says "I want that baby." I know it's just toddler talk but it still makes me so sad that she probably won't get to experience having a sibling.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Nothing exciting. We had my family over for a bbq and then we set off some very basic grocery store bought fireworks, which were perfect for DD. She was the firegirl and poured water on the ones that had been used, while wearing her little hat she got on fire safety day at school. It was pretty cute.
RRCS: We'll be headed to the RE soon so I'm assuming this is our last non medicated cycle. No pressure there!
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Spent it with family on vacay. Went to a big fireworks show on the 3rd. Then we had our own at the house on the 4th with a campfire and s'mores. Love being out in the country!
RRCS: Finally got my post loss AF over the holiday weekend. bittersweet, but ready to get this show on the road.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? Went to the lake with friends, where somehow my 19 month old got thrown out of a very slow moving tube (on the back of a pontoon boat, so going really slow). She was riding with dad, but scared me half to death. Didn't phase her one bit. Oh and I was also riding on the other side, double-fisting (holding DH's beer) and I didn't get thrown off, so still amazes me that they did.

BabyStandish - I hope your cycle is shorter this month. Also, I feel like the baby explosion is happening all over every social media platform. kaits8 - happy almost birthday to your lo! ourcrazynavylife - hugs. caer - try not to drive yourself too crazy these next two weeks... caitost21 - we didn't do fireworks either - lo's bedtime schedule was so messed up from the weekend, i couldn't do it to her one more night. She did also sleep through them. Stay off that crazy train rosey06! sleepymonkey - my lo also loves baby dolls. she can't get enough of them. It's going to break my heart if she doesn't have a sibling. Good luck with your last non-medicated cycle cheezee.

Age of LO: 20 months in 2 days... Where has the time gone?
Cycle/Month: 8
CD:13
RRCS: not TTC related but starting early intervention soon and super nervous about it.
GTKY: drank wine and hung around
Do you mind if I ask what you are starting EI for? We used EI for a speech delay for DS from 16-22 months. I know it can be scary but I had a great experience with them. DS caught up quickly.
caer sure! My daughter has a speech delay as well. She pretty much just says hi. The pedi said she should be saying 50 words by now. She totally understands everything, she can follow a lot of directions, but no words. The pre assessment meeting is tomorrow then the 3 specialists come in next week. I've heard great things though!

I found their assistance to be very helpful. Hang in there!
RRCS: Add me to the taking a break from BMBs. My own died but I was lurking May15 which was great until now when there have been so many new BFPs, especially from people who recently started trying. I'm very happy for them but I just can't hang out there right now.
GTKY: I'm Canadian but we also had our long weekend and decided to go back to our hometown. DH's parents stayed with our sleeping DS so we could have date night at the fireworks. It felt like being in high school again to be out alone in our hometown.
RRCS: I had an interview for a job today. I think it went well, but I'm not sure if it would be worth leaving my current job for. It sure was nice to get the interview though.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend?
For Canada day we saw 2 parades, went to the arcade and saw finding Dori. The rest of the weekend was pretty quiet in comparison.

bradysalon, did your LO nap any better today? Could he be going through a nap change/dropping a nap? BabyStandish, I went through the same when DD was about 18 months as well, although we weren't able to have another at the time for financial reasons more than anything else. It was very hard for a while. Now I'm one of the last who wants more kids who is trying (or just about to start trying, in my case). kaits8, happy almost birthday to your LO! ourcrazynavylife, you and I did very similar things this 4th of July weekend! Ha! Sorry about CD1. caer, fx for your first medicated cycle to go well! Hope the TWW goes fast for you! sleepymonkey, big hugs. Secondary IF sucks the big one. cheezee, fx for the last unmedicated cycle to work! Hope you can relax some. jlincoln, sorry for your loss, hope your rainbow comes quickly. How scary to see your LO thrown from the tube! Glad LO was ok and not fazed by it. jax1182014, I can imagine how scary EI must be but quite a few moms from my BMB used it and were thrilled with the results. GL! amandamh2, that date night sounds fabulous! Happy belated Canada day! @sparky85, congrats on the interview! I hope they make you a great offer worth leaving your current job.
Age of LO(s): DD 2.5 yrs
Cycle/Month: N/A- TTA until next cycle
CD/DPO: 23/7
RRCS: I hope I have a nice short cycle like last one so we can get this TTC show on the road!
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend?
Went to DH's aunt & uncle's cabin. Drank too much wine, talked way too much, and threw up off the side of the pontoon. Kept it classy, obvs.

Age of LO(s): she just turned 2 (tears)
Cycle/Month: 9/9 (4AL)
CD/DPO: CD15
RRCS: waiting to O is hard yo
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? DD's 2nd birthday was on July 4th! We had a family party on Sunday the 3rd and it was a huge success! Weather was perfect, she loved opening gifts and it was great to show her off a little more now that she's getting older (we live about 4 hours away from lost family). I'm still kind of in disbelief though that my little firecracker just turned 2!
RRCS: Stress is starting to set in. I wish I could be less anxious waiting each month.
GTKY: did you do anything fun for the 4th weekend? We went to SC to see one of DH's friends then went to see a band downtown on the 3rd and watched fireworks on the 4th. LO was so tired when they started that I couldn't tell if she liked them or not because she had her resting bitch face the whole time.
