Lol...so I used to subscribe to a bodyweight fitness Enewsletter. It has some good stuff. Tips and tweaks for short workouts without gym equipment. It has increasingly pushed selling programs which is a huge turn off but I just skip over those parts.
I just can't take it seriously anymore. Occasionally they try to sell you some program, but this time a link to a video was used for promotion
