I decided to see what's streaming on Amazon prime and was delighted to find Dead Like Me. It's written by Bryan Fuller who I tend to adore. I'm also a huge fan of Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies that he wrote.
The main character Georgia is a listless unmotivated 18 year old who dies in the first episode. She navigates her job after death with several entertaining companions, most notably Mandy Patinkin! My only beef with it is the last season, Fuller wasn't the writer and I'm not crazy about the ending. Still worth watching.
I'm not currently watching much of anything, however I just finished binge watching Grace & Frankie (or Frankie & Grace...can't remember exactly at the moment). A few episodes fell flat for me, but most episodes had some LOL moments!
Two couples in their seventies get divorced after the husbands (who happen to be business partners) announce that they are in love with each other. Then comes the wives (polar opposites Grace (Jane Fonder) and Frankie (Lily Tomlin) end up becoming roommates. Lily Tomlin's humor is on point. Easy watching, worth the binge!

Not streaming, but DH and I recently started binge watching GOT (we're really late to the game on this, but we're about to start season 5). Fantasy, zombies (kind of), dragons, lots of nudity, families fighting for the throne, decapitation. Fun times.
redandblue I loved Grace and Frankie! Lily Tomlin makes the show I think. I was sad the second season didn't seen to go far plot wise b but definately some hilarious moments.
My sister and I just binged on Scandal on Netflix.
I like scandal but at time I definately felt like I was watching just because I was committed to it and not bc it was enjoyable. It's has ups and downs for me.
I watched all of Parenthood and the first season of Jane the virgin while waiting for M to be born.
I watched Parenthood while pregnant but didn't watch Jane the Virgin until after he was born. I hope the second season comes to Netflix soon, although I worry it won't be as entertaining as the first season.

Agreed. Season 5 was waaaay too much drama for me and not enough surprises.

I love Parenthood, but I missed most of the final season. Need to find it and watch!
I was pregnant when i watched the last season. I told my husband right out that he was not to laugh or make fun of me when I cried. At one point there was some pretty sad music. Nothing sad was happening but I started crying. Then I stated laughing. Then crying... Then laughing. My husband was looking at me like "what the f**k and I suppose to do" oh my gosh it makes me lol just thinking about it.
Oh and Expedition Unknown. DS1 loves it and he has me hooked, H doesn't mind it so we watch it all the time during the day while the kids are awake. FFC: It probably still isn't completely kid appropriate, but they bleep the bad words and P loves it, so we let him watch it anyway.
So I feel like all I ever do is binge watch. Things pile up on the Tivo and then we watch all or most of a season at once. Right now we're finishing up the last season of the The Strain and The Expanse. Next up is The X-Files.
