I am really loving the ginger beer I found at the grocery store (it's just very gingery ginger ale - nonalcoholic). I've been eating a lot of popcorn, trail mix, and fizzy water between meals.
I haven't lost my appetite, I'm just not interested in some foods. But my go to work week meals (yogurt and granola, English muffin with peanut butter, soup with cheese and crackers) have been fine. The main thing I am really not into right now is ground meat. Which is fine, we don't eat that much anyway.

At this moment? Popcorn and cranberry lime seltzer. In general, anything I don't cook and therefore don't have to smell for long periods of time is ok. Seltzer is my best friend right now. The bubbles are allowing me to eat most of the time.

I use to drink a glass of almond or soy milk before bed or midnight snack with my DS, cuz I got hungry but didn't want to make anything. I need to buy them again.
Whatever sound good. Fizzy water, cheese, a ton of fruit, lots of chicken. I've been using mfp for over a year to loose weight and I'm going to keep using it to make sure I hit nutrition goals. Also to make sure I eat enough, it's been a while since I ate at maintenance calories or above.
I've basically lost my appetite! I don't have strong enough aversions to avoid anything yet. I'm into peanut butter on marathon bread (basically wheat bread with nuts and fruit), forcing myself to eat a small lunch and just eating less of our normal dinner.
I've stepped up my drink game though. Cock and bull ginger beer, arnold palmers, Saranac Shirley temples, and tons of polar flavored selzers.

DH has threatened to buy stock in Polar, based on the amount I have had in the last week. He also wants to buy me a Soda Stream to make our own (and so he can carbonate a beer he made that never carbed).
The nausea hasn't hit me yet, but with DS the name of the game in 1st tri was survival. Eat what you can, eat what will stay down, small meals, drink your calories if you can. Try not to let yourself get hungry, it was always worse when I didn't eat.
