Tell me as much or as little as you'd like. The science behind this stuff and the differences between people's bodies is really interesting to me.

No period yet and I'm not surprised. I'm BFing two kids, and my first period after DS was when he was 6mos. I'm kind of expecting it sometime between next week and whenever DS decides to wean...

Nothing here. With DD1 I had 3 spots at 9 months, 1 day of spotting at 10 months, and full period at 11 months.

I got my first pp period last month. Should start my next one in 5 days or so but we will see. I sorta hope the first one was a fluke. With DS I got it at like 6-8 weeks ppd. Exclusively breastfed him and still with DD so I guess I lose on the no periods while EBF lottery.

Mine came back at 8 weeks or something stupidly early after both babies despite nursing multiple time a night forever with both of them.

Oh well. I think it would stress me out not knowing when/if it was going to start anyway.

Ugh. That is the worst part about it. At least it gets better as they are able to eat solids more efficiently and can make up the calories that way. But so lame.

Don't count on it. When I went on it after DD1 about 3 weeks after starting I got my period - really, really heavy, as in, I soaked through a tampon and a pad on a 1.5 hour walk - and it went on (not as heavy) for like 15 days. I dumped the mini-pill and we just switched to condoms until we were ready to TTC again. You *can* have no period, or you can have regular periods, or you can have 3+ months of bleeding and spotting. Cool.

Still no period over here either. I keep waiting for it but so far nothing. I had cramping a few weeks ago but that could be a variety of things. I also assumed that I would likely not get it until I weaned DD off the bewb but there are so many other women (here and IRL) who have only gone a few cycles post baby and they have it again!

NellieOleson dizzycooks, ha, I know. I EP, and since I usually get my best volumes overnight I can't cut it out. I'm pretty used to it now, but it would be nice to sleep with the rest of my family, of course. Especially since I have to be up for work at 5:15, it comes way too soon most days since I don't go to bed until 10-11 and am up from 2-2:30am to pump.

I also got mine crazy early - maybe around two months PP? And I have gotten it regularly ever since. However, being on the hormonal IUD has definitely made them lighter, which is a relief.

I got my first one at about 10 weeks PP, and fairly regularly since then. I was not surprised to get it early-ish, since I FF. It was the same with S, IIRC

How often does your DD2 nurse at night? Mine nurses 2-3 times a night.

No pp here. I'm kind of expecting it in the next month or two, it came around 7 months with dd1 (a great sleeper) and at 8 months with dd2 (a shit sleeper). It was regular with dd1 but not with dd2.

At least that. We cosleep/bedshare so I don't really keep track. Sometimes she probably just helps herself all night for all I know.

So far, it is completely unpredictable. It used to be within a day of when my app would predict it to start. Now it's more like who the fuck knows.

Dd1 nursed a gazillion times a night until way past her first birthday. I still got my period back at 8 weeks pp. Same with dd2. For your sake, I hope it was a fluke, though!
