Healthy Lifestyles Check-in (2/9)

Hi ladies! Welcome to the weekly Healthy Lifestyles check-in! The purpose of the check-in is to help us achieve a healthier lifestyle in general. Everyone is free to join so if you want to be added please respond below and make sure to let us know what your goals are!
This weeks challenge: This week is a two-part challenge (and I'll totally admit the first part is because of how I have been treating myself). Part 1: BE NICER TO YOURSELF. Do something for yourself this week. It can be anything but it needs to be a treat of sorts. Whether it's some alone time at Starbucks or a nice long bubble bath. You have to do 1 thing to be kind to yourself. Part 2: let's add a quick 10 minute energy boosting routine to 5 days of our week this week, OK? Here is what I suggest (but feel free to tweak):
10 jumping jacks
10 bicycle crunches
Jump "rope" 10x (pretend rope works)
10 sumo squats
Repeat a total of 3x! Good luck!
Don't forget to report how you did with last weeks fruits/veggies challenge!
QOTW: How is your mental health doing, ladies? Just checking in on how we are feeling.
@ducky19 - well...how did you (ha- I) do with the fruits/veggies?
TJ - so you met with P's allergist, right? Do you need to change your eating habits any? Were you able to add spinach to your daily smoothie? And your plank challenge...how did you do?
chiwifey - were you successful with pushing your water intake this week? And your smoothies?
leahb12 - were you able to break the snacking habit?
luvboston - I have never heard of vegan marshmallows...were you able to stay away this past week? How's the yoga been going?
karabear4409 - you said this weeks challenge should be pretty easy for you - did you find it was still easy since you have the delivery?
imoverit - did you have any better luck with workout videos this week? How about water?
richzep - how did you do with our challenge this week? I saw your sad face from last week - the good news about changing your lifestyle is that you can always start and always improve (so turn your frown upside down!)
smillemom - how was the plank challenge this week? How did you do with desserts?
bellalou - girl, I hope you are feeling OK. I saw your post from earlier. Just take care of yourself and we'll worry about these check-ins once you are home and better!
Robeano - how was your water intake this week? How are things going with nursing in general (sorry to bleed one post into another)?
@cinc1em - you did really great with your goal two weeks ago - were you able to hit 5 days this past week?
@emazeem - WOW 10 lbs??? That's incredible! Keep up the great work! And I know what you mean about doing the DVD's with an audience. I even hate it if DH see's me. I don't know why I'm shy around him but my FIL? Yeah, no thanks.
