If people come to stay with us/visit after baby is born, it should be nice enough to spend some time outside. So we won't all be cooped up in the house.
Very excited to not be huge and constantly hot flashing in the summer.
I'll be 30 weeks-ish around Christmas. We always take a big family holiday photo with my ILs. I can't decide if it will be really cool that I am so hugely pregnant in the picture or not. Hopefully it will be neat... lol.
We'll all be pregnant enough around Halloween to potentially incorporate it into our Halloween costumes! (if that is your thing )
My DD is a Feb baby and I was only pregnant enough for people to wonder if I was fat or pregnant by Halloween. I was solidly in maternity clothes, but had a small belly the whole pregnancy.
A. For those of us who are teachers, we can get through some of the first trimester before the school year starts (when it is hard to get bathroom breaks), and we won't have to leave our students until close to the end of the year.
B. March seems like a great time to have a birthday as the weather is nice and it's close to spring break.
C. We won't need to worry about our kids being the oldest or the youngest in their classes.
D. AMEN to everyone who said avoiding being super pregnant in the summer.
....Because I can take the remainder of the school year off and then send baby to daycare in fall when school starts up again. It's basically maximizing my maternity leave and taking advantage of summer break. I will be home with this little one for 5 months, just like with E.
Baby will be born in the spring, avoiding terrible (FX) roads to the hospital. And won't need to be dressed like a giant marshmallow.
And now that I've said that, we'll get a blizzard.
My first born has an early March birthday. The day after I had her they closed the schools for extreme cold (-20s). Snow or ice is my biggest fear since we live in the country and back roads are usually not a priority for anyone to plow or de-ice. FX for a nice mild winter with plenty of sunshine for everyone!
DH is from an Irish background so he's hoping for a saint Patrick's day baby. That's his favorite part.
Mine is that I don't have to deal with the heat while pregnant, and we don't have any farm work to do after fall harvest until we have to drill a circle of oats the first of March, but after that we're good until late May. So DH gets a couple months at home before he get busy.
Downside, we have to spend the last two weeks of the pregnancy staying with my mom, because we live 2 hours from the hospital, while she's 20 minutes. And March is blizzard month.
Married 08-02-08 First kid 08-30-12 (all even) Second kid 07-01-15 (odd) Third kid due 03-08-17 not cool, buuuut I will have a repeat c-section so as long as I can get my pick it of dates it will be 03-01-17 or 03-03-17
Baby better not come early in February and if he or she does it better choose the 15th since 02+15=17!!!
(And I know we only sorta know each other, so just to be clear the above should be in purple italic font to indicate sarcam. Lol.)
ETA and I convinced my SIL to get married on 09-10-11
I especially have a thing for odd numbers, particularly prime ones. Of course my son decided to be born on 04/20 at 8:46. Ain't that just the way... lol.
09-10-11 is an amazing number date to get married.
I'm a teacher so maximum time home with baby. DD was born at the end of May so I only had 9ish weeks.
Summer morning sickness when I'm off work. It's hard to run to the bathroom when you're teaching kindergarteners.
Pretty birthstone!
I'm not a teacher but I work at a school; these are the best perks of the whole situation! Maximize the maternity leave and (hopefully) avoid morning sickness completely at work!

We are so similar in our thinking!! I convinced my friend to have a Friday wedding next year so she'll be married 7/7/17.
Also, my kiddos have 5s in their birthdays.
DD 12/15/12 DS 1/5/15 (my bday is 5/1)
I believe I'm due 3/18. So maybe I'll go a week late and hit 3/25!
I'm excited for a March baby because 1) DS was born in April so I'm set for maternity clothes (including a winter jacket)and newborn clothes even if we have a girl. If we have another boy, all we'll need is a second crib once LO outgrows the bassinet. 2) LO will share a birth month with me! Also with FIL and BIL unless they come late in which case they'll share with DS and my mom. 3) Not being super pregnant in the summer!
Downsides: 1) Winter boots and a big belly suck so much. So very much. 2) March can still be snowstorm time here and we live out of town so I'm really hoping not to go into labour during a snowstorm!

You can add me to the weird about numbers club. We were married 5/12/12. DS was born 6/15/15. My due date right now is 3/15, but I kind of wouldn't mind a 3/17/17 birthday. Problem is I'm also leaning repeat c-section, so not sure that's gonna work out for me.

Also looking forward to not being super pregnant during the summer, and also having this LO be out of the super newborn phase in time for the weather to turn nice and hopefully be brave enough to venture outdoors with two kids during the summer.

Oh my god yes to the suck that is winter boots and a pregnant belly.

My last two pregnancys were fall babies, I didn't mind being pregnant during the summer. I also live 5 minutes from a beach though.
I am a teacher and it was rough to start the year go out for 6-8 weeks and then go back. I think it will be easier to hand everything over closer to the end of the year,
