@mountonrouge I did try black tea a couple days, although iced might be better. I think it's the carbonation that helps too so maybe seltzer water too.
So what has been recently helping with morning nausea is blending some frozen fruit with sparkling water. It gets me 2 fruit servings and it settles my stomach for a few minutes.
Speaking of being a lurker... cosmicav, I saw that you're in VA, and paired with your screen name I have a sneaking suspicion you might be a UVA fan. Is my hunch correct?
Somewhat true! I am cool with UVA lol, but not like a huge fan.
My screen name mostly comes from me being obsessed with space

This sounds delicious. I'm going to be trying this!
We worked to transition E to one solid 2-3 hour afternoon nap. Guess who else is napping now too?! Not sure what I'm going to do when school starts up again in August but I look forward to 12-2 everyday now!!

I let myself get too hungry (didn't want lunch before my 11 oclock meeting and am just getting a break) and now feel too nauseous to eat. This was silly. I'm trying some pretzels first.
I called H on my way home from my dentist appt to let him know I'm stopping at the store for some bread. And by bread I mean bread AND a weeks estimator test. Obviously.

Since I'm stuck at home w my DS potty training my friend brought me some ginger ale and other goodies that helped her nausea. It was so very nice of her!

At our appointment, they had me pee in a cup, gave me a bunch of paperwork (including scripts for blood work, the NT screen, and the anatomy scan) set me up for my dating ultrasound (next Monday!), and my next follow up appointment (the following Monday).
I have high blood pressure (thanks, ridiculous job and pregnancy history), so they are making me do a 24 hour urine collection for a baseline in case of pre-eclampsia. I didn't tell my mom or my mother-in-law about this part, because I don't need their worry added to mine.
Has anyone tried the sea bands for nausea? I put mine on tonight and while it's not 100% better, I don't think dinner will make a repeat appearance. I also switched from seltzer to lemonade tonight to see if sour things helped.

Had my root canal today... those suck! Also, being in pain plus pregnancy hormones make me really mean to dh. Everytime I snap at him, he later questions my love lol
