You guys are super cute! Being so hot and humid here, I actually put on a jersey dress to brave the heat yesterday but quickly changed b/c I felt like I just looked HUGE in it lol! For my dr's appointment Friday I may just go in some cropped leggings and a tissue tee since it'll be 99F that day as well.
And yes, that's a rubber wedding band. Swelling + summer heat= metal bye bye. Got a pack of 4 colors on Amazon for only $10
That's too cute! I've been wearing one of my right hand rings (I'm right hand dominant and my ring finger on the R is about 1/2 a size larger than my L)
ETA: Just did a quick search on Amazon and so many colors popped up!!! They're adorable - thanks for sharing spicysalmonroll!

agpjt413, definitely! And they are super convenient, like don't have to take it off to put on lotion or wash dishes or anything! I'm a lefty so I HAD to have something on that finger or it feels too weird lol

This is a thing?? I had no idea!!
Amazon and I are entirely too cozy with each other.
heck yea! They were originally made for athletes like weight lifters but then people like my husband got them because they work with machinery and aren't allowed metal.

I just found out an Amazon Now warehouse is opening near here and I warned DH, "Bezos is coming for all of our money." He pulled up our recent order history and said, "Darling, I think he already has it" :-p

We have two near us in central VA - and that's why we don't do Prime b/c whatever we order (for the most part) comes either the next day or in a couple of days at most It's entirely just TOO convenient!

We already get a lot of stuff same day I am excited/scared about this new convenience!
I think so! I haven't gotten an official admit time, but my OB wants me to get there in the evening so she'll be there to deliver me the next day (though I have my doubts about a 24-hour induction - trying to prepare for longer).
Are they still talking about induction for you, or is it more wait and see since you're stable on the meds?

Not gonna lie, I'm super jealous you are getting induced at 37! Even though I know it's best I keep waiting blah blah, sigh.
I see my OB tomorrow for my weekly apt + NST so I'll ask. She had just told me a few weeks ago when I first went on BP meds that because I'm on a medication to manage a pregnancy related issue, she wouldn't let me go past 39w. So I assumed that meant if all goes well then induction around 39w0d. That is Sat July 30th though & I'm not sure if she works that weekend...maybe if not it would be Mon Aug 1. She also said if I develop pre-e then I would be induced at 37w but so far no signs of protein beyond a trace (upper 200s but below 300). Since the meds are keeping my BP in the 130s-140s/80s-90s on average then I assume I'm going to 39. I really have no idea! It's interesting to see how other doctors handle it.

katelm, I feel you. I will keep him in there until 42 if I have to because I have no health issues, but I'm 37 right now and super jealous of people who don't have to go longer than this lol
