Monday: spaghetti with "meat" sauce Tuesday: vegetarian pad thai Wednesday: dinner at friend's Thursday: quinoa and veggie stir-fry Friday: leftovers Saturday and Sunday dinner out

Sunday- out for dinner Monday- zucchini boats (these are so delicious) Tuesday- chicken taco salads Wednesday- chicken and veggie stir fry over rice Thursday- I work this evening, so leftovers Friday- steaks on the grill with corn on the cob
