I started my whole 30 today. We went for a walk on Saturday outside because it was so nice out. I did some extra walking at work and a little snow shoveling.
I started my Whole 30 today. I had great food all day and felt good but I'm craving something sweet right now. I need to figure out how to make the coconut milk whipped cream.
Last week I did T25 3 times and two hot yoga classes. I love hot yoga, it's just a challenge making time for it. This week I have committed to going two more times with a friend after work. I'll try to squeeze in some T25 a few mornings too.

My exercise has been on point! I've been hitting the gym almost everyday, training, and doing bbm! I ran four miles today and felt awesome, really strong like I could keep going!
My eating is ok. I've gotten lazy with a few things, like I'm switching back to my quest bars for breakfast (I've been eating an English Muffin!) and I'm going to start making green shakes for lunch. Or doing Greek yogurt, geonola and fruit. I always turn to heavier/comfort foods in the colder months, but now that it's I the 80's here I don't have that excuse anymore!!
I haven't lost anymore weight, I'm still crossing my fingers to get into the 120's by the end of the month! On a bright note, I tried on a bikini at Victoria's Secret this weekend and I think it looked ok!

I've been rocking the working out. I haven't lost weight but I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist so I have that! Food has been pretty good, I have a new favorite breakfast. Whole wheat toast with mashed avocado and cut up hard boiled egg. So good and so filling.

serious work out question. I've been trying to make sure to have a pre and post workout meal. drinking water like 32 oz before, 32 oz during and a min of 32 oz after. I take a multivitamin. yadda yadda but if I do a hard work out I have a headache for the rest of the day. what's up with that?

I'm on day 9 of W30. Hanging in there, feeling lighter. Didn't make it to the gym today, probably not tomorrow either because of my sick house. But the food is doing well!

Guise, I actually made progress this week! My weigh in day is Wednesdays so this morning I had lost 2.5lbs! Finally I am seeing it pay off. I needed this to motivate me to keep going. 8 more lbs to go before I'm at my pre pregnancy weight!
