I mop at night after O goes to bed with a Swiffer Wet Jet. After the dogs walk he's pretty chill and the toddler doesn't get to them till the morning.

Ugh, me too! This is one of the reasons I hate cleaning our wood floors, they don't stay looking clean for more than a day, if that. 

I posted this in the shampoo thread last week, but Acure products are my current obsession. Especially their facial scrub. I love it.

Smashbox waterproof/self sharpening eyeliner. I don't wear much make-up, but I do wear eyeliner regularly. This stuff is awesome. It lasts all day and doesn't smudge (I have a habit of touching my face all day.) Plus, it the pointed end does stay so you get a clean line.

Secret Clinical deodorant. I have spent a lot of time sweating outside this summer and this is the best deodorant I have found from keeping me from stinking to high hell and heaven - seriously, I have tried a lot over the years. Plus, it washes off easily and you aren't left with a weird residue. I have the stress relief scent, though I am not sure I am less stressed. ...and for some reason Oprah endorsed it.

It's pricey - $25 - but I had been going through the Mac pencils that you sharpen (but can't get pointy ever again.) I have only had it for a few weeks, so I don't know how long the pencil lasts, but so far, so good.

I love the Urban Decay Naked pallets, the eye shadow has great pigment and lasts all day long.

I have used Bare Minerals foundation, blush, and powder for years. I haven't found anything else I like more.

I love First Aid Beauty for skin care, my skin is SUPER sensitive and it's amazing.

I use elf liquid eyeliner in black, it's the best I've ever used, and I've used a lot of eyeliner.

If you want to keep your blonde hair blonde I strongly suggest using a purple shampoo, it's a life changer. I use Kenras.

Deodorant I wear TOMs U scented. I am sensitive to smel and don't want anything to clash with my perfume.

I am such a creature of habit, that I hate changing products. I have been using the same crappy makeup (or a close variation of it) for 15 years. Spoiler alert: I am also cheap so it has to be from the drug store or Target for $5-7 LOL.... I would really LOVE to make a change and move to "big girl makeup" that would be more of an investment, but might just look and feel better. I wear it everyday, so I feel like it is worth the splurge, but I can't seem to take the plunge to figure out what I need and where to get it... this thread has inspired me a bit though. I feel like for an upcoming Christmas or Bday, I will ask for a gift card and a consultation at one of the fancy makeup places to see about getting started...

99% percent of my make up comes from Target or the free samples L gets from when she buys Lancome. I did splurge on Bare Essentials a few years ago. And then never used it - so I gave it to L. I have looked at the Naked Palates for eye shadow, but I have 1001 sample eye shadows from Lancome. I have the Mac lipstick I bought for our wedding....13 years ago (shows you how often I wear it.)

I've been thinking about going to Ulta or Sephora and picking up a few things here and there vs going to a counter at Nordstroms or whatever.

I will say that I spent $50 on my first naked pallet in Feb of 2013 still have it. I still use it every day. The shadow is so pigmented you use next to nothing. Same goes for my foundation, it may set me back $37 but I only buy it once a year. I feel like in the long run I spend less money, but I could be wrong.

I bought Dior mascara and a new eyelash curler and am very happy with them. I used to wear more make-up than I do now but that ended when my babies started waking at 5am everyday.

We aim to mop a few times a week and use our Roomba every night before bed. It's programed to clean at 9:30 every night.
