I'm currently laying on my couch with 3 pairs of compression socks on trying to keep my feet as small as possible until the wedding this afternoon. It's going to be hot!! But the ceremony will be nice and short and the reception space has a/c!!

The dog and I are the only ones up do far since we stayed up late last night. I've had coffee and toast and am watching food network, this is good. I need to make a plan for the day but I'm trying to take it easy while I can before the kids get up. I had a really awful loss dream right before I woke up so I'm trying to shake that off.
I hope the wedding is great and your feet stay un-swollen, LadyNymeria!
On top of all the uncomfortable pressure I've been feeling I discovered I have a pilonidal cyst on my tailbone that ruptured last night. Yay. I've had one in the past and had to get it surgically removed. So now I'm looking at potential surgery during my maternity leave.
At the in laws house. Saw a ton of H's family last night at dinner. Today is the reception at their house and MIL is freaking out because it's supposed to storm. We're trying stay out of the way.

H and I are having a night out tonight with his sisters and their spouses and DS is spending the night with his grandparents. I'm so excited for adult only interaction. Hopefully I can stay up past 10.
merryrissmas so sorry about your dream...those are the absolute worst!
singingsea ugh - my husband gets those...so so brutal. hopefully it resolves on it's own without surgery!
I'm up and my kid / h are off to breakfast without me. I accidentally dumped a bowl of sugar in my coffee that already had the last drops of milk in it...wah!! I'll still force myself to drink it.
We had to send our infant carrier back because it didn't fit in the city select. We are heading to "hell on earth" (BBB) as DH calls it to find another option...

How's everyone else's weekend going?
Are you on your left side??
I was!! Now I'm in a lounge chair with my feet up in the house we're getting ready in!
It's full on panic attack mode here with MIL. It's been storming all day.
We decided to take DD and her cousin to the Mall of America to ride some rides. It's packed so I am regretting this decision. Luckily since I'm pregnant H has to do the rides with her.

Good morning ladies! I have to share the deal I got yesterday. We went to a discount grocery store that happens to sell a lot of baby gear and finally bought our double stroller. It's an inline jogging stroller that I've been eyeing for months. Retails for $515, bought it for $250. I still cannot believe it.
Now we're at camp and our campers arrive this afternoon! I love the chaos and anticipation of check-in day. Now just pray that I don't have to deal with any extreme homesickness this year.

Wedding was lots of fun. My cousin was a bit high strung most of the day but she ended up having a great time and it was a great wedding.
My feet held up pretty well until after the ceremony, I felt great all night, and it ended up not being nearly as hot as it could have been. Today I feel awful. Back, hips, ankles, feet all hurt like hell. Guess I'm spending my day laying on the couch. Wish tomorrow wasn't a work day.

What did you get? I haven't seen an inline jogger.

Internal voice "HEY OLD LADY QUIT BREATHING ON MY BABY, YOU HAVE OLD LADY GERMS!" the old lady being your grandmother.
That moment you realize you have turned into a complete germaphobe with you kid. I have turned into that mother I always said I'd never be. Whomp whomp
