Ugh, why can't they get their shit together. I requested a full account deletion of my AE, but I know the reset rule and cant' figure out how to log out of my account. The top of the screen on my desktop says log in but I'm already logged in. WTF any ideas on how to do that!?! @enchanted
Unknown I have no idea. I know from lurking over there that this is an issue that several people have brought to their attention, but they don't seem to give a rat's ass.
Thank you. I'm not surprised, but thought I'd ask.
I put in my demand for a full account deletion too. Between this and getting a warning for telling someone that "huggies and chuggies" parties are disgusting, I'm through with that hellhole.
Huggies and Chuggies? are you serious? lol Is that like a male version of a Baby Shower? @twinstars,
Yes. The person asking about it wanted to know how to manipulate friends into throwing one.
Anyway, I just set all my personal information to "Fuck You Bump," and told the admin who notified me of the TOU warning to fuck off. Maybe that will speed up my account deletion.

That is brilliant. And apparently their new "paid mods" are offended by anything that isnt fully blowing glitter up someone's butt, and just deleting comments and entire threads on a whim. It's terrible over there now.
Just as a warning, I had to demand an account deletion twice before it actually happened. Getting banned is probably more efficient
I requested a full account content deletion Sunday night. I know they say it takes 48 hours so I'll give them another day before I look.
I think they send you an email when they do delete and it is 48 hours from then.
The email I got when I requested deletion said that it would take 48 hours and if I logged in during that time the clock would reset. I'd recommend waiting 3 days before checking to avoid resetting that clock.

I was just going to Google my SN. I guess I'll have to keep my eye peeled for that email.
I just went and checked mine out - I can still log into The Dump but its acting like I am a new user (wont let me post) but if you google my user name, all of my content is gone. I never got a 48 hour email saying they recieved my deletion request. I guess i need to email them now, to get it fully gone

Unknown, I had to click on "log in" to log out. I never got anything telling me they were proceeding with my deletion. I just ignored the site for a few days and lurked after that to make sure my account is deleted along with all my content. Even I had to ask multiple people multiple times to get deleted. My theory is that if they allow all the deletions, they can't show growth to their investors. If they just hang onto the accounts, even if the content goes away, they can keep pretending to have super high membership.

When I emailed my deletion request I said they better make sure I was logged out because I wasn't able to. I got my 48hr notification about 48 hours ago, but was planning on waiting a week before attempting to log in.
Is there an email address to send account deletion requests to?
There's a thread in the Bump HQ I think it's called where the dictators that be demand all deletion requests be put. I've found that cursing the mods out speeds up the process.

Ok I'm kinda confused. Searched my name on there and it shows up. However I click the links and it says "can't be found". Did they delete the whole thing?
