I got light headed a while back and called in. I was told to come in just to check. The check revealed nothing except stress/overexertion, but they were glad to see me and I was glad to have gotten anything more serious ruled out.
I do have GD, so who knows how that is factoring in to everything.
I'm so sorry that you haven't been feeling well @sarahwithanh ((hugs)) sweetie. I'm with madameovary - if you're concerned, definitely call your OB's office sooner than later. Peace of mind is huge, especially to calm the qualms & voices of the PgAL brain.

My office always say there is no harm in calling for a checkup. I would call and see what they say. Sorry you're not feeling well. As PP said peace of mind is huge.
