From time to time on GKU they used to do the 30 day challenges like little black dress, squats, or abs, etc.
Is anyone interested in doing any of these as a group? I know I really need to get my butt moving at least a bit and these don't take up too much time in a day.

Here are some I found guys, let me know which one you want to start with (or if you have come across one you like!) I tried to avoid anything that seemed ridiculously hard or focused too much on abs.
Also let me know if we want to do one big thread per month, weekly, bi-weekly, daily, etc. to keep track of things, cheer each other on, etc. (Personally I think Daily is a bit much, but I have no strong feels otherwise!)

**There are also general ones like 30 squats, 30 day arms, etc. If we want to target a certain area**
Let me know what you guys think.
I didn't actually look at these (sorry) but I am all for anything that targets legs/ bum and eventually abs. I've found that daily life with lifting a baby and toddler tends to target the arms...
