My kid is still into eating whole foods not anything too complicated. She loves frozen peas. She will eat half a cup and cry for more. She also loves frozen corn and frozen orange juice Popsicles.
I used to make chicken nuggets for the kids- cut up chicken breasts and dip on egg batter and panko bread crumbs, then freeze. Much healthier than store bought and it was super easy to just pull a few out for lunches or dinners.
H and I took a cooking class when we first started dating and we made this. It's our go to! I used to keep panko mixed with some spices (salt, pepper, and paprika usually) in a Baggie.

Did you cook the chicken or freeze it raw? Seems like I would know this answer but I just wanted to check lol

freeze it raw. I lined up the chicken on a baking sheet, put in the freezer and then once they were frozen, put in a zip lock bag. When you cook them, just put on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Well I just bought a big bag of chicken strips from Costco today but I'm going to try these tonight since I have Panko too. The hubby can eat the frozen strips.

Frozen fruit (blueberries, mango, pineapple) are fan favorites here, as well as the corn, peas and bell pepper slices.
I don't have a lot of ready made food in the freezer, but I prep all our meals the night before, so they're always ready to go when we get home for the night.

These are great ideas! V really loves frozen sweet potato bites with steamed spinach. It's super quick to heat and serve. She has been taking them to daycare for lunch.
I heat up the bites in the oven- I buy them at Whole Foods. I steam cut spinach in the microwave, and then mix it together. Hahaha- it's the lazy way to fix lunch.
