I'm at home today. H and I took the day off and still sent DD to the sitter so we could get some stuff done around the house and the yard. However, all I really wanna do is watch Mr. Robot and take a nap.
Morning! ladytiffany24 I've been having to take much more frequent breaks when cleaning - like work for 20 min, sit down for 20 min. It's hard to motivate to get off the couch again when I'm so tired.
Morning! It's just Monday, and it feels like one too. My six month trial of Sirius ran out on my car today, and I'm bummed about it. But not bummed enough to deal with actually subscribing.
Oh, and my best friend got engaged this weekend!! I'm so excited for her and love her fiancé, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bummed I'm going to be pregnant at all their parties. And I'm super selfishly hoping I have a little time to get back in shape before the wedding (but obviously I won't tell her this and will support whatever date they chose)
My BIL got engaged last month. I'm super excited for them, but secretly hoping they go for summer 2018 instead of this coming summer.
I feel that. I think both my BILs and my DB are getting hitched next summer. BIL2 got engaged 2 years ago, so this has been a while coming. BIL1 and DB got engaged pretty recently, so there's a possibility BIL1 waits another year. But DB's GF has been ready to get married for their entire relationship, and there's a lot of family pressure to get hitched, so I suspect they will get married ASAP.

Did they set a date? Unless they are getting married before March next year I think you'll be in the clear to party at the bachelorette and have time to get in shape! My friend is getting married in July next year, and I'm thinking most of the parties won't happen until late spring or early summer anyway.
DH and I are running a few errands and then we're hitting up Ross to see if I can find some maternity shorts. I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy them but it's usually still hot here until October so... Shorts are in order.

He graduates from grad school next May and I think they want to do it before then since they don't know where they'll be moving after that, so probably next April. The only part I'm really worried about is trying to figure out a dress size and having time for alterations but I'm sure I'll figure it out
Empire waist all day every day.
Still need to account for potential boob size, but I'd say over-shoot because you can always take it in or stuff it up lol
Wee? I have the next two days off from my part-time job.. but my full-time job (the 2-1/2 year old twins) never stops! I did finally get to read SOMETHING on these boards today because they are just waking up.. almost an hour after I got off work
Glad to see I'm not the only one still battling ridiculous levels of exhaustion. We have had so much take-out food this month
Honestly, past catching up on the laundry and trying not to let twins elbow, climb, or sit on my middle area.. this is a relatively quiet week for me.
First day of school for our school district. I have lots of feelings over it and DS won't even start preschool until next year!
WHAT? Way too early for that nonsense. We don't start school for another month!
We are on a balanced calendar. School is out for 2 weeks in the fall and 2 weeks for spring break. Christmas break is 2 weeks too but it always has been.
I kind of love it and am jealous that I didn't have the schedule.

Ahhh okay. I kind of like that schedule too. We only get 1 week Christmas break this year
E started back again at daycare today and i heard she had a rough day when I picked her up. I kinda figured it would be bad. Toddler 1 here eats meals at small tables and naps on cots and E could really care less about food and sleeps in a crib. I know she'll figure it out (hundreds of babies have done this before her!) but I felt terrible to hear she hadn't eaten or napped all day.
It was nice to get back to working in my classroom. Teachers here aren't officially on contract time till next week so we can yak and wander into each other's rooms and whatnot as we please. Makes it hard to get much done but it was nice catching up with whoever was there today.
Had Harvey's for lunch followed by a dipped cone from DQ. I think I may have spoiled dinner though because it is 5:20 and. i am still so bloated.
I always eat dessert first. It's the only way I get to enjoy it. I think it ruining your appetite is a myth- wait it off and you'll be hungry again soon!
