Thanks caer and glb30. It was this exact day almost that I started spotting last time. I may have overdone it and not had enough water last night so I'm chugging it now.

Thinking of you! Keep us updated on how you are doing. Hugs!
Probably one of the few people here who isn't looking forward to the weekend haha. DH has today off since he's gone for the weekend again. I'm not looking forward to solo parenting for 3 days again. At least this is the last one for a while.
Yesterday was our anniversary and it was so good and bad all at the same time. My H stayed home from work because I had nobody to watch C for my ultrasound appointment. We got to see our LO and hear the heartbeat which was great. We have both felt a little out of touch with this pregnancy because C keeps us so busy. We are still in the surreal phase, despite how sick I am always feeling.
After that, we had some garbage with our bank and are now in some serious financial trouble. We decided to go trade in our vehicle for something smaller and more affordable because it is about the last bit of control we have over our budget. I absolutely LOVE my Ford Edge and am heartbroken to let it go. Luckily, we are getting into a brand new Ford Focus for less money and less monthly insurance premiums (even with a better policy) so that soothed the hurt a little. My H commutes 160km a day so the gas consumption in the Edge was just killing us.
Wake up this morning to a call from my H saying he can't find his wedding ring. Bah.
Oh, and my H cut off over 8" of hair yesterday and looks like a new man. All the ladies at the salon were swooning over how nice he is to grow his hair and donate it.
In reality, he was just lazy and kind of digged having a man bun for a while. My hero.
renegadewhit I'd definitely wait for cream cheese, too. I've been craving a toasted onion bagel. Which is strange because I don't like onions, but they make the bagel taste awesome.
Im freaking out because I scheduled my recertification exam for the beginning of October. Plenty of time to study, but plenty of time to procrastinate.
My thinking: It's a huge undertaking so I'll need to have strict time put aside to study.
obi sorry for the financial problems. MH also rocks the man bun lol it would be hard to imagine him without it!
I loved his man bun and am not loving the new hair but I think I will get used to it. He needs to go back to get it fixed up but I am secretly hoping he just lets it grow again. He is First Nations (Mohawk) so his long hair just looks so right.
I'm leaving work early and going home for a nap. I was so exhausted, I was just sitting and staring into space. I'll work some more tonight, but right now- sleep!
You'll have to tell me how you like the Focus obi - I've thought about getting one of those for our next car.
I will! My first car was a 2002 Focus and I loved it then. Im hoping to have a positive experience with this one as well. One thing I can say now is to avoid the 2013 and 2014 model years. They had a lot of problems.

Good for you! Glad you are taking care of yourself.

I did this on Tuesday. I took an hour and a half nap and woke up feeling like a new woman. I plan on doing the least amount possible when I get home today.
I dont know how you guys are surviving at work. Being at home with a 14m old isn't a walk in the park either but at least pants are optional. I worked when I was KU with DS but didn't feel nearly as bad.

Pregnancy leave, or pregnancy hours as my coworkers (brother and an old family friend) like to call my schedule this week should be a thing. First tri is rough. You're an emotional, mental and physical hot freaking mess during those 3 months and its just hard.

Ironically, I'm slightly dreading tomorrow because it's my solo parenting day with DS. Chasing a 14m old is waaaay more exhausting than sitting at a desk.
+1 that being at my desk at work is easier than chasing around a toddler. If I need to lay my head down for a minute or take an extended bathroom break, not a problem at work. At home, it's not as easy, although DH has been picking up the slack for me a ton.
I've also been taking some pregnancy hours at work. I wasn't as kind to myself when I was pregnant with DD and wish I would have taken the opportunity to go home early more and get naps in/have pity parties about feeling like crap.
