Either a waffle or a whole piece of toast-both dry. He likes to make a himself a full face mask of pb so I usually avoid that. Sausage or cheese stick. Fruit of some kind-whole banana, half a peach, fruit cup, or a pouch. Sometimes yogurt. And of course a whole sippy of milk.
Mini wheats are a great idea, carolyngrace. O also recently lost interest in eggs. He'll randomly eat them but never for me.
I am genuinely surprised at how many of your LOs are eating cereal. Never even crossed my mind. Do they eat it with milk and a spoon? Or just dry?
I give it to him in a bowl with milk and a spoon. He had so much more interest in mine than in the dry cereal I put on his tray. Most of the time he just pokes the spoon into the cereal a few times, lifts the bowl to drink the milk, then dumps the Cheerios out and eats them with his hands. As long as he eats it all and practices a little with his spoon, I'm happy. The first few times he did use his spoon correctly (with hardly anything on it, of course) and it was one of the cutest things ever.

I've got some blueberry banana muffins in the freezer from a batch I made last week, this morning she ate just one of those and a bite of my scrambled eggs, plus her milk and a few sips of pineapple juice. I usually put some dry cereal on her tray while I get whatever else ready.. peanut butter or avocado toast, waffle, berries, apple, whatever fruit we may or may not have at the time, I make a mixture of yogurt and baby oatmeal sometimes just because we still have a box left I'm trying to use up. I mix the oatmeal with either milk or fruit and juice and then mix in yogurt, flavor with cinnamon if theres no fruit in it. Mostly whatever I'm eating myself I fix her some of that.

A barely eats anything anymore it seems compared to some of y'alls LO's.
Breakfast is normally oatmeal with bacon and yogurt. He loves bacon. He's very picky about his food now. Unfortunately he's never liked eggs, I guess it's a texture thing. He will eat a little toast sometimes and pancakes on the weekends. I will definitely be picking up some eggos on the next grocery trip.
carrots I made the oatmeal bites and they are good, but he won't eat them....
ETA: @babybean9 A is the same way with eating. If I can get him to try something he's started spitting it out. I've been feeling like he's not getting enough to eat either, along with only wanting Cheerios or veggie straws.

With milk. We load the spoon and she takes it from us and eats. We've been doing that since she started solids. She's beginning to get interested in loading her own spoon, but she doesn't have the patience to work on it when she's hungry.
heartofglass, our LO is also obsessed with Cheerios and veggie straws. Like, we have to make sure those foods are out of sight and not on a counter or table when he's eating, or hell refuse anything else until we give them to him.
In general, I've noticed DS goes in cycles. One week it's a battle to get him to eat more than a few bites at any given meal, the next he's a human vacuum. I keep telling myself it all evens out in the end.
