1. Mediocre. I didn't workout as many times as I'd have liked and my eating was all over the place. I did do a sprint triathlon yesterday and surprisingly much better then I expected given my life is a hot mess right now, so that was a nice plus.
2. Stop eating like shit and 4-5 workouts.
3. Short term, ten mile run on Thursday.
4.Long term, October marathon.
5. I was a states qualifying hurdles wayyyy back in the day, so maybe that. I'm also decent on a rugby field having played a few years in college. I would suck at volleyball and definitely basketball. I'm bad at those kinds of sports.

1. I had a rough week. Between cutting my finger and getting it glued shut and getting mastitis I missed 2 of my workouts. But I did manage to run 9.5 miles on Sunday. And somehow we got ice cream so I've been eating kind of crappy.
2. Any healthy changes you are making this week? Hopefully hit all my workouts and don't get hurt/sick.
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? 4-5 runs, 2 lifting sessions, yoga 1x maybe
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Marathon in December
5. Bonus Question: if you were in the Olympics which sport would you be good in? And which would you do horribly? My sport would probably be either basketball or sprinting like the 200m. I would do horribly in the butterfly swim. I have no idea how they do that.

4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Lose 50lbs. I'd like to lose 10 by Labor Day but it's looking less likely that will happen.

It changes a lot...been doing an egg and some cheese on a little wrap (kind of like Dunkin donuts wake up wrap) recently. Sometimes I do a shake or smoothie. Sometimes I do grapenuts with fruit.
