I believe I said I'd check in on Fridays with fitness/health goals. Whelp that ain't happening, but I thought of it today so spill it. How are you fitness/health goals doing? This is more than a weight loss check in so everyone can play.
Ummm...I had a plate of nachos for dinner. So, yeah, not well. I went to a barre class this weekend and it hurt to walk on Monday so that helped me realize I need to get back to working out. But time is definitely an issue. I'm planning to try to squeak in some abs (maybe even 3 minutes) 3 times a week after the LO goes to bed.
kelltothekell, one of my previous instructors used to teach a class on trainerly. It's web based classes, so like a video except you do it at a particular time and then you can get feedback from the teacher. Something to think about if you might not be motivated enough to do a video (I'm not).
Currently just trying to make it to tomorrow. Would like to get back to keeping track of my cals... Goodbye heaping gob of peanut butter on my oatmeal. 😁 I am hood I steady with my weight and would like to get back on the losing program. Iam not working out but am riding a couple horses per day on avg.

I just started doing a home workout with beach body. It's not bad, DD1 says she wants to dance with me. But food wise I have changed a thing. So working out really isn't going to help.
I need to fit back into my workout clothes before I start hitting the gym. I refuse to buy any more - they are so expensive! LOL! But I am going to wait until later in the week - maybe Friday - to weigh myself. I lost something like 13 pounds between June and July. I still have 17 pounds to go until I'm back at pre-baby weight. But still - making progress! I am having either a banana or egg whites for breakfast every day, and then yoghurt and berries every day for lunch. So far it's working!
