I think DS is getting sick. He sounds congested and has woke every hour since laying down at 7. This night is going to be hell. Good thing I saved a bit of sick leave.
I'm trying to go through the mounds of papers that have piled up since the baby was born. They aren't all baby related just all those things you get in the mail that you set aside to "deal with layer" or at least that's what I do.
I have a pile like this. I should privacy do something about it. I'm sure most of it is just recycling.
I don't know if R went to bed early or if she's just taking an extra long nap. She doesn't usually go down for the night until after 10, usually clear to 11 or 12, but she's been asleep since 8. I'm in bed early just in case, but there's no way I can sleep this early.

Damian slept from 7:30 to 9:45 tonight. He just fell asleep again so hopefully R did something similar.

nerdykitten, I really was hoping it would stay away longer but I knew it was coming soon. Since I learned to chart when TTC...I knew the signs. Sure enough today was the day.

It's almost 10 so I'm assuming she just went down for the night early. Hopefully this doesn't mean more night time wake ups though. I'm exhausted from last night still!
I don't know why some nights he sleeps 6.5 and sometimes not. I don't know if it's because I'm sleeping in his room and wake him up or if it's just the fact that he's a baby and not really capable of consistency LOL

Fx she sleeps soundly and doesn't give you more wake ups!

Just got puked all over by DS. So fun at 2 am. At least none got on him so I don't have to change him. But it's all over the chair, boppy, floor. I'm not sure how to clean it! Not gonna deal with it until morning

I lied. DS was wet. Got H up to help me so I could strip. My shirt, shorts and even underwear was soaked! Of course this all happens when I have a job interview first thing in the morning.

Oh no! Hope you can get things cleaned up and settled ASAP so you can get some rest for your interview!

Many babies usually settle down for the night between 6-8pm starting around age 10-14 weeks or even earlier. Its lovely IMO as it gives you some non-baby time. Our long stretch starts between 630-8om since about 4 weeks ago. Maybe longer.

So I finally realized why some nights I have a hard time sleeping.
My doctor had recommended that I start drinking protein shakes. I ate almost no meat during pregnancy and although I can eat it now I seem to have lost the taste for it (boo).
Anyway I noticed tonight that one of the flavors I drink has a tiny note on the bottle that says "equivalent to a standard cup of caffeinated coffee". Well no wonder! I bet if I noticed the nights I drank those (like tonight) are the nights I have issues sleeping lol
