Moved DS up to the next pacifier size because he seemed to be having a hard time keeping the other one in his mouth. I noticed the package for it had said NB so I opened up the 0-6 month one and he keeps it in with with not problem. (Could be a coincidence I guess...) I'll miss his bunny binky!

Sorry for your scare babycaps clearly you're an awesome Mom, but I get being haunted by traumatic things. I can see why your recent event triggered your memories.
twocents6708 I am so sorry about your dog! I hope you get to rest lots and enjoy some self love today.
mrssqueegy my heart is broken for your friend. I can not imagine. Sending prayers.
This morning MIL called to say they had a power surge in their house due to lightning strike! Their TV, phones, AC, and deep freeze were all dead. So MH rushed over and did some electrical repair and they're back up and running (and he saved all the food in their deep freezer)! SuuperMrSnooooriiis
The munch mitt we ordered is coming today and I'm irrationally excited. He better freaking love this thing because he is a disaster in the car and spits the binky out after approximately 7 seconds. We have a long trip this coming weekend and we need this thing to be magic.
Anyone have any safe baby seats they actually like? DS is really starting to want to interact and hates being in the RNP during the day because he can't see out very well and it really has nothing to play with. He gets bored on his activity mat after a minute or two. We had a Bumbo but it always made me nervous so I sold it. I saw some Fischer price seat that looked promising on Amazon but I'm not sure if it's okay for this age (or if there's anything supportive enough yet).

You could use a bouncer chair. It sits the baby differently than the Rock B okay. I do believe some people can use the sit and play at this age as long as baby has good head control

I have this and I have liked it so far and DD will be 4 months Friday. The toys come off easily so it can just be a seat.

TMI alert! Finally had good sex! We dropped the condom and it was so much better. Of course we are now flying protection free but I am just going to go with it I think.
The OB recommended we wait until 6 months so I'm just going to be the dumb person who believes that "it was near impossible to get pregnant with DD AND I'm breastfeeding so surely we won't get pregnant right now."
Plus, sex is a little better anyways when you are breaking a rule!

MH got to witness baby I roll over for the first time. I'm so glad since I feel like I'll get to be the one to see a lot of firsts since I'm at home. Love!

Potty training day 2 update: 1 pee accident first thing this morning 1 pee in the potty with slightly damp pants And the best part, one poop in the potty that neither of us helped with - he did it 100% on his own!
jbeans27 I was talking to someone who did ISR and they said they kind of regretted it because it was so expensive. They said they would recommend it if you have a pool at your house and are frequently in the pool, but they did it and then weren't around a pool often so their kid didn't really remember and they ended up going the traditional swimming lesson route later.
babycaps that is so scary! I'm glad he's ok and I'm sure you were more frightened than he was. Whenever we are somewhere crowded or where I can't be 100% focused on DS1 (which is frequently now that DS2 is where) I have DS1 wear a puddle jumper or life vest, even though he's a decent swimmer.
This is the longest shower ever.... 3 hours and going
After DHs 37 minute shower while both kids were screaming, my mind was focused on real showers..
3 hours is too long. Politely excuse and start the trend. You're not the only one who wants to leave, I promise!
Fortunately shortly after I posted DS let rip the juiciest sounding fart ever. I used the poopsplosion and the fact that there was no changing table in the restroom as my ticket out of there.
It wasn't actually a poopsplosion. DS just has man sized farts
