1. How's your weight loss going? 7lbs down from my 6wk pp appt.
2. Challenges? Hmm...I guess that's what I love about WW. I can eat EVERYTHING. Just have to portion control! The real challenge is that I am CRAVING PIZZA AND ICE CREAM.....but I can't have either due to MSPI in LO!
3. How's your exercise routine? I started my work out this morning and LO wok up. He's down for a nap now, so I'm about to finish! Working out is easy M-F. And on weekends I get nice long walks. But I'm wondering when I'm going to work out once I'm back to work. 4. What are you cooking this week?
DH is the chef of the family But for lunch today I'm going to have grilled chicken and roasted zucchini! I may order a jimmy johns for dinner. DH is making a tomatillo and potato slow cooked pork tonight and it will be ready tomorrow And on the menu this week we also have shrimp salads. Not the "mayo" kind. More like cobb salads with shrimp and no bacon or nasty dressing (I HATE salad dressing).
1. How's your weight loss going? Plateau... blah. Sucks working so hard and never 'cheating' and not seeing results, but I know from the past it will only be a few days then my body will shed again if I just stay the course. Day 10 of W30#2
2. Challenges? ice cream, cookies, cake, pizza, crusty bread... yea I wish I had the self control for portion-control and this thing they call moderation. See, I have none lol. I don't just eat one cookie. Never have. Cold turkey & all in is the only way for me to get things done. That's a challenge.
3. How's your exercise routine? building a fence... carrying heavy boards... that's all I get
4. What are you cooking this week? meat and vegetables. notice my decline in enthusiasm from last week haha. I'll be more cheerful when this plateau is over. Until then, no cheer.
1. No loss, no gain. I find my current scale number, even though it's not low for me, is where I feel healthiest and have the most energy.
2. It's always sweets. And margaritas.. Which are sweet!
3. Excellent. I just wrapped up day 8 of the 30 day shred. I'll get 3 runs in this week in addition. My running group is holding me accountable for both things!

1. How's your weight loss going? I lost like lb as of yesterday. It has been mostly a plateau for 6 weeks though.
2. Challenges? I am an all or nothing kinda gal so when I cheated on my sugar goal last week, I just said forget it and fell off the wagon. No new goals this week. Trying to wean off of added sugar again. I am in a rut. I may need to do a round of Whole 30 if I can stop being a chicken.
3. How's your exercise routine? No exercise routine. I need to get back to morning yoga and add strength training.
4. What are you cooking this week? Meal planning is where I am succeeding. Tuna quesadillas, taco salad, and cut veggies, boiled eggs for snacks, and lots of prepped fresh fruit on the menu for lunches.
I am super happy for all you ladies who seem to be at pre-preg weight...buuuuuuut anyone else out there not even close?! Lolz. Even having lost an additional 8ish pounds with my W30 I STILL have 15 to go for pre-preg weight, and 10 on top of that if I don't want to be borderline overweight all the time. Also still wearing the biggest normal clothes I own. I have no clue how you girls moved the scale so quickly. I'm in awe.
ETA: "all you ladies" include the compilation of things I think I remember reading in many threads, not just here
I've still got 25 lbs to lose. This domperidone makes it nearly impossible for me to lose weight. I've been working out and counting calories for several weeks with little movement at all. I actually gained 8 lbs since my lowest weight after delivery and recently lost 4 again.

This is how I was with DS1! I started Dom at about 7mo PP and took it till he was 1. Held on to weight like no other. As soon as I stopped, the weight fell off quickly!

snoris, I have lost most of my pre preg weight but had plenty to lose before that so I am not looking fit and trim by any means.
And to quote @aeroplaneoverthesea, my body is also a shit show. Even with most of the weight gone, I have extra fluff around my mid section that isn't budging.

1. How's your weight loss going? It's not... I'm below pre-pregnancy weight still nothing more is going (which is fine) but nothing fits right.
2. Challenges? My mind is saying "who cares about weight... It's not like your clothes fit anyway..."
3. How's your exercise routine? What exercise routine?
4. What are you cooking this week? I have a tone of zucchini that I e been using my knock off spiralizer on to make "pasta" I fry it with bits of carrot, broccoli, onions, and soy sauce.
Full disclosure, I'm below pre-pregnancy weight mostly because I was overweight to begin with. Morning sickness and my ridiculous heartburn meant that I lost quite a bit of weight and never ended up really gaining anything during pregnancy.
In other words don't use me as a example. I'm still tehnically overweight... Boo
Good. I am down 7 lbs from when I signed up for WW at 2 weeks PP. I decided to measure EVERYTHING I ate and realized I was overestimating some things and underestimating others.
2. Challenges?
Evening/night snacking. Tonight I did good and ate some sliced mushrooms and grapes.
3. How's your exercise routine?
Good, I am on week 3 of the couch 2 5K running plan. My goal is to go to the gym M-F and take the weekends off.
4. What are you cooking this week?
Tonight I made the Asian-flavored quinoa salad recipe on WW and added some chicken. It was really yummy!
