Are you EPing, pumping at work during the day, etc? pumping at work and once at home

Are you currently supplementing? If so, how much and how often? T minus 5 days until we start supplementing

How many times per day do you pump: 4x per day

How many ounces do you average per day: 9-10

Goal ounces: 12

Things you are doing to increase/decrease supply: so much water, MMT 2x per day, I made lactation cookies because I was sick of the smoothie.

Rants/Raves/Challenges/Questions: We'll it's happening on Tuesday. We are going to start supplementing one bottle a day at daycare. I'm coming to terms with it. I made it to 6 months so I'm happy with that but I'm steal working through all my feelz about it.

1x in the MOTN, 1x before the boys get up, 3x at work

How many ounces do you average per day:
18-19oz during the week, 5oz on the weekends

Goal ounces:
18oz during the week, 4oz on the weekends

Things you are doing to increase/decrease supply:
Focus on water intake, swapped my falanges for smaller ones

Rants/Raves/Challenges/Questions:
I'm trying to decide whether to drop my MOTN pump at 5 months or 6. I'm so tired all the time, but the idea of my stash shrinking (or simply not expanding) too early makes me nervous. I suppose I should drop it sooner rather than later, so I can drop a session at work when Chase hits 6 months. Dropping 2 at once would probably tank my supply.

Yes. Haha. I love being outdoors in general, though if I absolutely had to pic, I'd probably agree with Sheila on a mountain and a lake. Probably why I love VT and NH so much!

JoeLies, I give you a lot of credit. I would not get up to pump in the MOTN. I've tried before and I just can't. I can barely get up to nurse K when she wakes up MOTN. Also, what time do your boys get up in the morning. I'd have to wake up at 5am to be able to pump before K got up and even then sometimes she's up to nurse at 4.

SheilaTheTank - The boys don't get up until 7, but I get up at 5 to run. I leave DH with ~2oz of the milk I pumped overnight in case Chase wakes up and needs it, then I'll pump more either right before or right after my run.

The MOTN pumping only works because I don't have the crazy anxiety I had last time around, so I pass out pretty quickly afterwards. With DS1, I'd be up for AGES after.

And you pump MOTN? No wonder you are incredibly tired all the time. Give yourself a break and maybe just pump MOTN every other day to start?

Things you are doing to increase/decrease supply: Sticking to a schedule and compression when I pump.



Rants/Raves/Challenges/Questions: I may need to figure out a new schedule. Constantly figuring out where I can pump from building to building has been awkward and a PITA.

Things you are doing to increase/decrease supply: drinking lots of water, about to try Brewers yeast pills



Rants/Raves/Challenges/Questions: I hate when I have lower pumping days. It messes with my head. On Monday I got 8 ounces in my first pump alone and today I barely got 12. No rhyme or reason to it.



NPRQ - Are you a beach or mountains girl? Mountains. I love being active and going on hikes, plus I hate hot weather so sitting out on the beach in the sun every day for a week isn't all that appealing.

JoeLies I get up at 5 to run too 😀 I'm crazy, but I'm an exercise nut and I love it. I also do 9 Round which is a kickboxing gym.

They make pills? Where did you get yours? This would be so much better then adding the stupid powder into everything.

SheilaTheTank I got them from Amazon. So much better than the powder! That stuff is NASTY!!
