2) Challenges? Being back to work makes it both easier and more difficult. No time and I'm SO exhausted! Good. ness.
3) Exercise? Ha! I'll count the 10,000 steps I take while teaching each day. That's it for now.
4) What are you cooking this week? Quick and easy. Once we get through the next week or two and into a routine I'll start focusing on more healthy meals. My goal for this week is going to be limiting sweets to 1 a day! Which is hard for me right now lol
1) How was last week? Pretty good! I was down 1.6lbs on Friday and that was naked and compared to the same scale the week before.
2) Challenges? Our grocery budget is out of control high! But we don't eat out so it's really not that bad. But eating lean costs too much money if you ask me. Why is junk food cheap? It pisses me off!
3) Exercise? We did a lot of great walks this weekend and I plan on a walk today as well. It's getting tough with having LO nap in the stroller. The naps are just not as good in quality So I'm hoping to do two shorter walks while he is awake. 4) What are you cooking this week? DH made a delicious grilled pork this weekend andw e have those as leftovers. Today I'm making a big batch of pasta sauce with meat balls. For lunches, I'll do the same thing I've been doing which is a ton of veggies with lean proteins like chicken or shrimp. Today for lunch i'm having a nice spinach salad with corn, peas, bean and chicken, maybe a hard-boiled egg.

I think 10K steps/day is pretty damn good!!! I'm so scared of what will happen when I go back to work :/
1) How was last week? Meh. Not amazing, not terrible.
2) Challenges? I've been majorly stressed about daycare certification being delayed = my income being delayed. W30's take every ounce of my self control and I'm already feeling stretched, so I decided to give myself a little more grace in the food department. I'll just try and make good choices for now and accept that I won't be losing weight right now. Once I get daycare settled hopefully I'll be more ready to take on the challenge.
3) Exercise? Actually good! In addition to fence building MH and I met up with friends for running/stroller walking. It was fun. Except we (and the babies) got caught in the rain. Haha.
4) What are you cooking this week? Spinach, strawberry, red onion salad with this amazing vinaigrette I reduced from a recipe from a fancy restaurant MH used to work at. I inhale the stuff. Oh and bunless mushroom Swiss burgers. Yummmmm!
WW moms who are nursing, how many extra points do you get per day? It seems I get 22 and it feels like too much. I did use them all one week and didn't lose weight. So last week i tried to not use my "nursing" points and did much better.
