How do you manage feedings when it's just you at home? I've been pretty successful at tandem BFing so far, which has really helped free up some time during the day between feeds... but I don't know that I can manage it without an extra set of hands to help me position and burp babies. H goes back to school/work soon, and I don't know what to do. Do I just feed them separately and figure I'll just be feeding someone most of the time? Or can I learn how to feed two babies at once with just two hands?
It's not easy but it's doable. And it's certainly not perfect every time. It just takes some practice maneuvering the babies. If I was breastfeeding, I'd try my best to keep one latched one using the twin z pillow and maybe scoot my knee up closer to my chest to keep the baby in place. Then I'd flip the other baby over to burp. If I was bottle feeding then I'd prop up the bottle with something for a minute so I can burp the other baby. Hope you're doing well.
YouTube has a lot of good videos for tandem feeding alone. I'm not much help since I just breastfeed one and then the other. Like most things, I'm sure it'll get much easier as they get bigger!

Do you find that you have time in between feedings to do anything else? What do you do with the other baby when one is eating?

At 2 months my kids typically go about 3 hours between feedings so I have some time. Plus while feeding them I'll do something like read, watch a show or do things on my computer so it's not a total waste of time.
It depends, if the baby not being fed is crying, I'll bounce them in a chair, put them on my lap or lay them next to me so I can hold a pacifier in their mouth. Lately, one will be sleeping while I feed the first baby, then happy on the activity may or swing while I feed the other.
