It looks like u take 2 painters tarps and iron all the sides together like a big pillow but leave a small enough hole to put a hose through. Then u fill it with water and iron the hole shut

But how do you iron the hole shut once it's filled with water?

Well that's the part I'm unsure of still lol. I'm assuming you try and cut off all the water flow to the hole using your hand or a rock or something and seal it quickly. I might have to get back to you on that one to confirm lol
