Off to google...and it sounds like that disorder can get better. So here's to hoping he's in a more stable place in life.
And that disorder makes me sad for kids who have it. No child should suffer from that....
Agreed. It is such a heart breaking and completely avoidable diagnosis. I believe this little guy had a bit of 'alphabet soup' along with that (ASD, ADHD, RAD). Agreed on hoping his life has been stable and has received the supports he needs to have overcome his struggles. The likelihood is that he may have regression in new situations as he has to try to establish new relationships. I just hope our provider has been given the info and resources to properly support him. So freaking hard that I know some of this little guys history.

Dudes sleep has been for shit lately. He went down at 7 and is already up. And the night weaning , well that didn't work. We are still trying but the more I try the more he wakes up to drink.
WTF is up with our kids? Apparently M was just crying all through dinner, even refused to eat foods that he loves. I'm glad I didn't get the picture H sent me of M crying when I was in class because I would have been sad. For once my classroom being a dead zone is a good thing.
So I'm eligible to apply for a program through school to work under a faculty member with their research. I want to do it and I'm going too apply because this would be great for grad school applications, but I already feel guilty for considering taking on another project. Hopefully I could be selected to work with a professor that I could do a decent amount of work remotely.
shellyr how is it going wrapping things up at work? How are you feeling getting ready for your move?
I'm on TCF instead of finishing projects. I'm kind of numb about it. I've been working towards this end for over 9 years now, and it is definitely anticlimatic to be moving on.
I'm in total denial about the move. What move? lol.

So last night DS and I met the elderly couple who lives next door. Super sweet, I like them anyways while I was talking to them I notice 2 little girls about DS's age (6) start walking over from about 3 houses down. He runs over to them and they're talking for maybe a minute. The girls whisper to each other and then one shouts "SHE LIKES YOU!"
I've never seen the little man bolt so fast to our backyard! Dyinggggg.
Well last night I did one check (nursed well but still had a fever), set my alarm for 2am, and then like the fantastic mom I am I didn't wake up to it. W's fine, his fever has gone down a little, but damn I feel like I messed up since the nurse was so insistent about checking up on him. So that's a crappy start to the morning.

That is so cute! When DS1 was 6 we moved into a new place. About a day or two after we moved in I found a hand written note from a little girl a couple doors down saying 'To the cute little boy, I like you '. It was so sweet! I still have it somewhere!

So I think there must have been a A15 meeting of all our babies to discuss how to not sleep anymore! M was up SO.MANY.TIMES last night. It was brutal. Today was supposed to be our practice getting ready in the morning day. Well that didn't happen. No shower for me. Having breakfast and then off to drop him off for his half day visit. He is happy as a clam, wouldn't know he was up half the night.

What is up with all the babies?! DD finally had a normal night last night but she was grumpy as hell for the past week and just acting weird. I thought it was teething but none popped through.
My kids are still in the sleep haters club. C up all night. A up repeatedly saying her vagina hurt. She either has a UTI or yeast infection. And I think she had Lee's and it burned and that was waking her up.

DD loves her sleep but hates her naps now with a passion. Shes currently in her pack 'n play playing peekaboo with her belly button. I expect wailing to start in about 10 minutes.
@janetheconquerer we are also not making much progress with night weaning. I feel like so many steps back recently. Sigh, I keep reminding myself before I know it he will be a teenager and I will be dealing with different sleep issues! Ha! Also sorry about A. Has she ever had UTI or yeast infection before? Poor girl.
