The Good: nada The Bad: not working out all four days last week The Proud: I'm still breathing The Plan: my trainer is on vaca this week so I need to make a better effort at getting some workouts in on my own. I'd love to not eat 'bad' stuff this week too. Like sugary delicious bad stuff that I freaking love so much.
I'm going to join the check in. I'm going gluten free. My Dad has celiac disease and I have one of the genes for it. The gastroenterologist told me it's just a matter of time before I start showing symptoms - and that was a few years ago. So I've decided that I'm going to give it up and see if helps get everything back in order.
The good: No. The Bad: I've has 5 straight weeks of eating like crap and exercising rarely other than occasional walks for transportation purposes. The proud: I'm getting off my butt today to go on a bike ride and to the gym. Fingers crossed this isn't overdoing it. The plan: well while in new mexico I ate so much worse so my carb and sugar cravings were full force once I came back. Now that I've been back for a week, it's time to rid myself of the bad stuff and get serious about my health again. Kind of tired of failing myself and my health.

Honestly, I feel like crap physically. I haven't been eating well enough and haven't been exercising. I have an appointment with my doctor for two weeks from now to check some things, but I'm pretty certain it will all come back to I need to eat better and exercise more.
