Well, crap. H left work early because his stomach was bothering him. The dog, who is prone to stomach issues, tried eating grass and didn't eat her carrot I left her at lunch - so she's not feeling good. I'm really hoping both these issues just kind of go away without too much puking, and hopefully leave DS and me unscathed.
Our dog is prone to stomach issues too. We bought this powdered mix at the pet store that you mix w water then mix into their food. It's pumpkin and ginger. It has really helped.
Must find this for my sensitive stomach pup! Do you give it routinely like once a week or if they are already having tummy issues?

Not @poppyc8 but we give our dog canned pumpkin (not the pie filling one) like 2x/wk with her food. She used to have tummy issues but hasn't had anything noticeable since we stared. Might be an option until you find the power poppy mentioned?
mrsdee1982, that would be a radical change for you, I think, given where you live now. Do you think you want to live in a much smaller city? I think it would be hard for me to move someplace like that as I am so used to having everything at my fingertips... making assumptions though since I have never actually been there. You might go through Disneyland withdrawal But maybe it would be a good change for your family.

mrsdee1982, I like that house! I think there's some easy things you can do to jazz it up/make it your own, but it looks really nice. The yard looks amazing - I'd buy it just for that, too.

I think the house is great for that price, leaves plenty of room for any upgrades you want. The yard is great and I love the idea of backing up to a park too, our property does that now and it's nice to know that there won't be any crazy neighbors moving in.
We joined the Y! Now I'm nervous about dropping LO off for child care. I'm sure she'll be fine; I've just never left her with anyone other than family!
ashbash it was 19.99 but the goes along way. You dont need to use a lot especially when mixing in w regular food. There are a few other brands that make similar product that are probably good too
mrsdee1982 I went into shock for you when you said moving because of your Disneyland love😀
We moved to a smaller town from Los Angeles and are loving it. We were also able to buy a reasonably sized home near a park for only $350 Canadian which is amazing considering the LA sticker shock on homes! Though wages here are much lower then LA and I can imagine in Kentucky they are much lower on average

In all fairness, we are about to inherit a 3 week a year timeshare property at Disney World

Headed to IL's for family dinner with family visiting from CA. Would rather get pizza and go home, but at least I get to go for a quick run alone. I am envious of people living in their own houses. DS1 found a dead bat in the upstairs playroom yesterday. That's 3 in one year (and the other 2 weren't dead). Ick ick ick.
jessila , tell me more about these dresses. Which ones did you order? I didn't see a photo, perhaps I missed it? I may need some too. They look like great teacher dresses, and my birthday is coming!!!
I have this one! I love it and IT HAS POCKETS!! Dress
Someone on our board, maybe mrsmonogrammed?, has a ton of dresses from here. I might be buying more soon. Like today.
It took about 2 weeks for it to get to my home from when I ordered it. It fits like a glove since they are custom made to your height. If you order one from the eshakti mobile app you get an automatic 10% off. I think I got my dress for around $50 with shipping. I got it for O's dedication at church.

Thanks ladies. I think we'll definitely be getting some moccasins for inside. It will just be easier and I will check out the Gap socks @imapenguin. I'm looking something a thicker and that will stay on without cutting off his circulation. He'll be in boots soon anyway. I guess I need to figure out those too...
ETA: I'll check out roots too @babybean9. What brand of moccasins do y'all like? @poppyc8?

@akwild I was fixing to tag you and see what boots you were getting. I'll have to take him in tomorrow and try them on and see if he can walk in them. We've got our Neos, but I was afraid he wouldn't be able to walk well in an over shoe.

@akwild, It usually doesn't get very snowy here until January, but I am loving the Stonzwear rec, especially for the mittens. I think I might try them this year.
mrsdee1982 the interior seems a little dated, but absolutely liveable for the price!
Yes, some updating would be required. But I really like the layout and the bones of the house. Mostly though, the yard...
I LOVE the back yard!! the house is really nice, some updating as beersandweirs mentioned but nothing that would need to be done for you guys to move in!! I am also very jealous at the price of the house. That in my area would easily be 500k!
