mustloveerica, I'm so sorry that happened. I wonder what people expect to come from those questions- don't you think if the person were pregnant and wanted people to know, she would have said something?

If someone asked me that at my job I don't know how I'd be able to lie. There are only 5 of us in my office and we are very close. They all know that H and I have been trying. I think I threw them off a bit by "drinking" with them yesterday.

I gave up caffeine when we started IVF because I wanted to make sure I was doing everything possible to increase our success chances. And I just kind of haven't looked back. Although the they have mocha k-cups here that the girl next to me keeps drinking and they smell a-fucking-maxing.
Hey ladies - everything looked good on the scan! Baby is measuring 7 weeks, which is exactly what I thought with my O date. So, lots of stress for nothing. Thank you for all your kind words! My hcg was at 80,000 so although it's high, I think it's still in a normal range, but it's the reason I'm feeling so shitty I guess.
Anyways, thanks again! I'm hoping the hcg levels out in soon so I can function again!
Re: coffee and booze. I'm also not a coffee drinker. I love the smell but it gives me stomach aches and massive anxiety. There are many mornings I wish this wasn't the case!
I can't lie for shit so when I found out on a camping trip with friends about this pregnancy everyone knew I was pregnant immediately. I took a pregnancy test in the am because I had a gut feeling, I didn't have a beer in my hand by lunchtime, I was asked if I was pregnant by multiple people and I said yes - lol. Me not drinking = pregnancy.

I'm not sure if it's high because I'm not sure beta base even goes out to 35 dpo. It's kind of weird that they measured it at all at that point, but congrats on a great scan!
Edit because math is hard. Yeah, I guess closer to 30,000 would be more typical but since it varies so much that's nothing extreme.

I currently have an 8 am video visit and an 8:45 am office visit tomorrow because kaiser ducked up and scheduled me a visit that is too short for both consult and u/s. Except then they put the video visit in the computer as an office visit which means the app won't work for the vid call. On hold forever while they try to figure this out...
