I don't have any advice but I feel the exact same thing. It's mostly on my left, I told DH it feels like I'm being pinched from the inside! I wish I could help settle your mind. I also feel you on u/s appt, my next isn't for 17 more days, I'm trying not to go nuts worrying before then!

Have you Googled round ligament pain? What you're describing kind of sounds like that. Also does your OB have an emergency/after hours line you could call just to talk to someone?

The pinching does sound like round ligament pain, I just thought since I am only 10 weeks it was too early for that. But I do have to say if I quickly roll over in the middle of the night I feel like I'm being stabbed in the side of my uterus so I can only assume it's the rapid change in position that pulls against the ligament and causes the sharp pain.

I think I had this with my DD. It was different than RLP because once I experienced that I knew. I think what you're talking about is a quick sharp little zing on one/both sides. I attributed it to my ute expanding. The RLP was more like a charlie horse if I stretched too quickly. I fortunately didn't get the RLP often with my singleton
