That's awesome normadix ! I'm sure you have tried / heard a bunch of suggestions but have you tried scrambled eggs with him? For some reason that was the first thing that DD could eat without gagging. Maybe bc she could grab a big chunk and would only actually get a few small crumbles in her mouth.
Scrambled eggs has been one of the things he can do for some reason. So sometimes I make them for dinner and we go out every Saturday morning for breakfast after music class We've tried peaches and he just squeezes them Carrots were a bust. He didn't even try it, just played around so we will try again in a day. Thanks for the tip about the blueberry skin! I didn't even think to remove it.
As far as eating goes, LO loves avocado, plus it's a bit of protein and a lot of good fats. Won't eat eggs though unless they are the perfect balance between 'not hot enough to burn' and 'not cold enough to be nasty'.
What I have found is that he will dig through whatever to get to the parts that he likes. For instance, we gave him peas and carrots, and by the end, it was just a bowl of carrots. Maybe try introducing things when he doesn't have other options available? LO will eat just about anything, unless cheese or avocados are available, in which case he will eat NOTHING ELSE
LO does this too whenever he sees peas. It's so funny.
