Thanks for the checkin!!! The Good: I've been eating really healthy and still getting good sleep even though school is in full swing!
The Bad: I really haven't gotten in a lot of steps lately because of well school. lol
The Proud: I've managed to lose 4 pounds in the last week. Where and how I have no idea but ti happened. Also I have been sleeping at least 7.5 hours a night which I'm really proud of.
The Plan: Keeping eating well, and try to work in a 30 minute walk 4 nights this week.
QOTD: I am happy because I LOVE fall and all the fall holidays and food and clothes and the holidays that come after fall. A little sad because I will miss swimming.
