I absolutely love snow. Like, when it snows 4 feet overnight. I even miss shoveling snow. We get 0 to none here on the plains and I hate it after living by the mountains.
Alright - I see that. Except you loving NH and ME winter. I grew up in NH - no thanks!
I really miss NH. I loved it there, out if the places we lived it's my all around favorite.
I miss the fall! I loved the fall there. Where did you live (feel here to not answer that or vague answer it). I grew up in southern NH. About 30-40 minutes to the board of MA!

Oh man, there is nothing like a real, deep winter. I don't necessarily want to deal with it as an adult, but the utter stillness of a winter night, thick snow on the ground, frost crystals hanging in the air and glittering in the moonlight, the air so cold...I can see loving winter.
I prefer winter too, and I'm in Chicago. I absolutely hate these super humid days. Also- everyone always wants to be outside here even when it's SUPER HOT and sweat is just dripping everywhere. No one is trying to make you eat outside in unbearable winter weather.
Also- the clothes are much better in the winter. I hate shorts, and showing off my Irish legs!
I hate buying maternity clothes. I feel like it's a huge waste of money. I wear them for a year and that's it. I try to find some that I can get away with wearing all the time.

We lived on the border in Kittery, there the Navy bad is. It was the best.

Can you sew a little? Taking in the sides on most maternity shirts saves them.

I think roundabouts are great and they aren't the devil.
Until people don't know how to drive and stop while driving Through the roundabout to let people in, then they're maddening. But that's not the roundabouts fault
That I can agree with. I'll admit I was one of those people until my mom lived in an area that is FULL of roundabouts and now I handle them like a boss. There are none in our town and all of our residents hate them with a passion when they drive to the bigger cities that do.

I can totally agree with this.... Until I have to spend 30 min freezing my ass off and digging my car out to get to work! lol I live in FL now so no longer an issue but the struggle was real when I lived in MA.

I now live in the desert so clearly it's not enough of a pull for me to actually DEAL with winter.
