Happy Freakin Monday!
We are a group of women striving to live healthier lives, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, sticking to a specific diet, counting calories, avoiding counting calories, starting to exercise, continuing to exercise or anything in between.
We check in on Mondays. Feel free to use this ckin throughout the week if you are struggling or have an awesome achievement to share!
QOTD: K, so I have like over 4K Picts on my phone! Do you back up your phone photos? I have an external I I've backed Picts to and then I just started using the Google backup too. It's free! It takes a while to upload everything but I feel better knowing I have two places they are backed up to.

The good: food is getting better, and I do go to the gym more often now
The bad: my gym workouts are pretty unmotivated. And my bike is getting a tune up, won't be ready till the 25th!!!
The proud: snacking has gone down and willpower is up in the store. That's a big deal for me.
The plan: well I ruined dinner tonight by not actually turning on the crock pot, so first off I need to figure out a new dinner plan. Beyond that, continue to snack sparingly and try to make it to the gym more often. It's hard, because lately I've been getting headaches almost every day.

The Good: I had the most delicious salad over the weekend in a little cafe near me, and I asked the owner about it, and she gave me all the details. So I made it for dinner tonight... yum. I'm going to be eating a lot of salads.
The Bad: I weighed myself yesterday and I have officially GAINED 18lbs since March. I feel like a slob. It took all of me not to burst into tears. I think it has to be the stress. Because March is when I began my healthy eating regime. I know I haven't followed it exactly, but this is excessive. UGH.
The Proud: That i had salad for dinner today, and went to the gym last night. My goal is 4 days a week to start.
The Plan: Be better at all the things. We shall see.
QOTD: I just put all of mine on my computer. I need to go through them though. I feel like I have tons of useless ones.

menrandes boo for accidentally forgetting to turn on the crock pot! That is always a fear of mine when I put food in. What'd you end up making for dinner?

The Good: I've hit my step goal for the last 2 days. And I've lost 2 pounds.
The Bad: I didn't hit it today.
The Proud: I've managed to walk every day even though I've been busy with school and work. I also took my niece hiking this weekend, which helped me get a study break.
The Plan: Good food this week, try to get in at least a couple thousand steps each day. Take pups on 2 walks this week.
QOTD: I haven't had to back them up yet, but I will probably just put them onto my computer

The Good: I am making better choices in trying to be gluten free. I haven't been able to kick it completely, plus there's so much hidden gluten, like soy sauce.
The Bad: I ate a hot dog. Moment of weakness at work.
The Proud: I ate a hamburger last night without the bun!
The Plan: I have some travel for work this week. That makes everything so much harder. Just going to try to avoid bread and pasta.

The good: not much.
The bad: the entire last week I spent an emotional wreck. We had a very unexpected and tragic death in the family and I'm still dealing. No step goal met at all. Not really eating (and when I did it was so much chocolate).
The proud: nothing
The plan: get myself back together. So far I'm doing better this week.
QOTD: I download to my computer and to shutterfly. I love all my photos!
