Your birth story sounds great, but a thread that's ventured into talking about c-sections may not want to hear it.
I can't speak for everyone but I don't mind people talking about a different birth experience than the one I had. Birth stories are never the same because there are so many variables that can influence how things go. Why fault or judge someone for how their baby came into the world, whether they made the decisions that lead up to that or not?
The wording was really the thing being discussed here.
Thanks for clarifying, awful. Sorry if I came across rude, mimsy. I love hearing birth stories and mine was actually similar to yours. I've been given stinkeye by a couple ppl IRL who heard my story as they then launched into how they had emergency c-sections so I thought it was a similar situation here.

Decaf, you are the opposite of rude. We just rehashed our birth stories in our Bmb FB group since TB ship is sinking.
Everyone's birth story is unique to their circumstance. Personally, I'm not sure I would be comfortable with a water birth or a home birth.
Yeah decaf I'm kind of convinced all the people you know in real life are assholes.
LOL, unfortunately it seems that way from how I post, but it's not true thankfully. I have an amazing family by birth and marriage, and some good friends who are very supportive. My friends want to remain lurker on here so I don't want them to be reading about themselves!
