DD was 4 months on Monday and had her appointment yesterday!
Weight/Height: 12lbs 2oz (10%) and 25.2" (79%) Apparently I have a little string bean!
She is in a weird Goldilocks and the Three Bears clothes phase where I'm constantly putting things on her and saying nope too small, nope too big, ok just right!!
In terms of cool baby tricks, she has rolled from belly to back a few times now, which has been super cute to watch. She really grabs at things and can sometimes put her wubbanub back in her mouth on her own! She loves staring at her toes, eating her hands, and has started doing this sort of sit up thing when she is on her back. She is in constant motion with kicks and wiggles until she passes out, so I'm a bit terrified for when she is able to move. She is also super chatty and LOUD! Oh my! I feel like she feels she needs to talk over us to be heard, the little diva. 😉 Guess she is channeling her loud Italian family!
Favorite things right now include listening to Dad sing wheels on the bus, watching/giggling at the dog, toys that rattle, and of course her frog chair.
Least favorite thing right now is sleeping in long stretches and riding in the car alone in the backseat... "Mom, I'm so bored back here!!" 😆

Miss C turned four months on Tuesday and had her appointment today.
Weight/height: 14lbs even (50%) and 24.25in (42%). My 1% preemie has really chunked up. Lol.
She is currently in 3-6 clothes and we moved her to a size 2 diaper this week (once the size 1 pack ran out).
She's currently loving putting everything and anything she can get into her mouth. She is trying so hard to sit up, she will "stand" if you hold her up, and she yells and babbles and will "talk" back and forth.
Currently love: laughing at hilarious noises, being held by dad and looking at mom, and the dog (as long as the dog is not trying to lick her face).
Currently hates: tummy time (bane of her existence, she screams the whole time every time) and having to sit on the floor when mom and dad get to sit in the couch.
DD is about 15 pounds, not sure how tall. She's really chunked up in the last month! We like to say she has thunder thighs. She wears size 2 diapers and 3-6 month clothes.
She LOVES: kicking her feet, "talking", sleeping on Daddy's chest, chewing on her hands, the swing (although she won't sleep in it), her O-ball toy, sleeping on her tummy for naps (just started that last week), and likes to hold my hand while nursing, which is so sweet.
She HATES: the car seat still, acid reflux (appt with GI got moved because I had the stomach flu, now we don't get to go for a few weeks), and sleeping for very long at once.
She started to laugh a bit when tickled, but hasn't let out a full belly laugh yet. She is rolling both ways and has even managed to get herself halfway across a room, which is crazy to me since DS was such a late bloomer with his motor skills (but hey, he was so chill, laid back, and a champion sleeper-he had nowhere to be!) She eats every 2-3 hours, which still seems super often, but maybe she's just a hungry girl.
Our appointment is tomorrow, I plan to ask her if I will ever sleep again?

DS had his 4 month visit today.
He is 13lb even (5%) and 24.75in (25%). He's still mostly in 0-3 mo clothes but starting to break out a few 3-6 mo items. We're using size 2 diapers.
Fine motor skills are what I'm noticing recently - reaching for, grabbing, and pulling toys to his mouth, shaking a rattle, sucking on his fingers and fists ALL the time. He's rolling belly to back consistently, and will roll back to side and then to belly with a little help.
He had been sleeping through the night for about a week but that ended. Oh well. I knew it was too good to last.
4 months is such an awesome age. He squeals when I pick him up and kiss him. I love that interaction. The first few months were so difficult, when you're up all night feeding and comforting this helpless creature, working purely on maternal instinct, and get nothing in return.
C was 4 months last Sunday but didn't have his check-up until today.
He's 12lbs 8oz (2nd percentile)and 24.7 inches (20th percentile). He's finally on the charts and is starting to catch up with his friends!
He currently loves watching his brother and laughing at him, playing with his taggie blanket, playing with his football, facing out in the K'Tan, and rolling all around. He rolls both ways now pretty easily and has tried to pull himself up to his knees but hasn't succeeded yet.
He is a much more easygoing baby now. His reflux issues seem to be in the past and he just seems like a happier baby overall!
athn64 & soultrane We had out 4 month check-up on 10/3 too (though she actually turned 4 months the week prior).
She's 13lb 14oz (50%) and 24.75", and her head size is in the 75% (down from the 90th percentile at 2 months lol).
She rolls back to belly but I still haven't seen her roll belly to back. She is sleeping in her crib now. She sometimes sttn but often wakes up once or twice for her pacifier or a meal.
She still loves bath time and hates getting dressed. She loves music. She's ambivalent about the dog (and the feeling is mutual). She talks a lot. We've got a chatty Kathy on our hands.
Doc said we can give her rice cereal if we want. Haven't decided when to start feeding her that.

E is 4 months today!
His appointment isn't until next week, but my super accurate normal weighing puts him at a bit over 14 pounds. He's rebounding so awesomely from our weight drop scare at 2 months. He's eating so well. Makes me beyond happy
He fits best in 3mo clothing, but I've washed and started some 6mo stuff. He loves to giggle and smile and, most recently, squeal/squeak/scream. A 3-in-1 combo that gets quite loud. He thinks it's hilarious. He also loves his swaddle blankets so much. He covers his face on purpose for peekaboo. He's really good at kicking himself around a playmat, but he hasn't quite rolled over yet.
Ok. As of today P is 16 lbs 6 oz. 25 and a quarter inches. And a 96th percentile head.
She's now mostly in 9 month clothes. She rolls to her side but that big head keeps her from getting any further it seems. Loves sucking on her hands and looking at trees.

DD was 4 months on the 8th but had her appointment today. She was just under 15lbs around 50th percentile and 27inches off the charts. She is a big girl! She is sweet as pie and completely in love with her crazy brother.
R turned 4 months on the 9th. He is 15 lb 11 ounces and 26.5 inches tall. He is a big boy and wearing 6-9 month clothes.
He is waking 2-3 times a night and wants to be near me and not in his bed.
He rolled over once belly to back and loves rolling to his side when he's on his back but doesn't make it over all the way. He is a smiley, happy boy and my favorite thing he does is grab my face to give him kisses. He is a huge cuddle bug and little love. He grabs his feet and eats his hands all day. He would prefer to stand all day if I let him. He is "talking" a lot and loves watching his big brother. He laughs hysterically every night when we're getting ready for bath. It's like he knows what's coming and is just so excited.

Just had our 4 month appointment. DS is 17 pounds and 25.75 inches. He is smiling and "talking" all the time. He's close to rolling but not there yet. He's very interested in sitting up and standing to see what big bro is up to. I need him to start sleeping better as it's getting worse. The boys are smitten with each other and I love seeing them interact. We are in 9 month clothes and size 2-3 diapers.
DS2 was 4 months on the 17th, but he just had his needles and stuff this morning. He weighs 18 lbs and measures just over 26 inches. I can't remember the measurement for his head, but I do know that it's in the 97th percentile. He did fairly well with his needles and I'm hoping that he'll sleep ok tonight.
He used to be a good sleeper, but now he wakes up more and wakes an hour earlier. I'm exhausted. He's been sleeping better during the day, but my 2 older kids don't nap anymore, so no nap for me.
He's happier during the day than he used to be and he doesn't scream as much when we go out somewhere. He loves his brother and sister and laughs at them and tries to talk to them. He has rolled both ways now and is constantly grabbing at everything. If he is successful at grabbing something it goes straight to his mouth.
She's about 13 lbs, not sure about length (appt is next week).
She rolls belly to back, not quite back to belly yet. She's super smiley and laughs a lot. She's a great sleeper, still 1-3 wake ups per night but eats and goes right back down so I consider it a win lol.
She got her first teeth last week, two bottom ones. Big surprise!!
Today at the doctor he was 16lbs 14oz (83rd percentile) and 26.75 inches long (94th percentile).
He rolls back to belly all the time- loves it. He smiles a lot and does his own little laugh. He sleeps so well- usually 9pm-4/5am, eats and then goes back until 7:15. He doesn't really like napping (maybe two thirty minute naps all day), but he doesn't get miserable.
He loves sucking on his hands and just found his feet the other day. He's still a big fan of the Oball and the Baby Einstein music player. He's such a good baby, and I feel so lucky.
4 months! BabyGO is 15lbs (40th%) and 26 1/4"(90th%). He's long and lean. Squeezing into size 2 diapers, so ready for 3s. Fits 3-6m, 6m, and 6-9m clothes, depending on the brand. He can sit in his own for a minute+ but I still spot him because he gets so angry if he falls backwards. Forwards is fine but not backwards! He just started going up on his hands and knees. He imitates me when I sing, make funny noises or talk to him it's the cutest. Also he likes to look at pictures of me that we have on the fridge. He scoots around in a little car jumper thing and scoots to the fridge and then just stares. One of the pics I have on there is of him & I from a few minutes after I delivered him so I love that he likes to look at it, when we first met. His personality is awesome. He knows what he wants and let's us know! He loves toys and board books. He squeals when he laughs, he loves our silly games and songs. He smiles his huge toothless grin with dimples when he sees me or his dad after it's been a little while since he's seen one of us. He's a flirt and likes it when people smile at him so he can do it back to them. We stopped taking Zantac once he started sitting up, my thought was if his abs can hold him up maybe his stomach is mature enough to self regulate acid. It was pretty easy to stop, didn't notice any issues. He still spits up the same, a lot, but not upset by it. He spits up less on bottles than he does on the boob so I think it's more about getting too much too fast rather than the milk itself.
