I took a sleeping pill last night (haven't done that in over a week) and passed out by 8. Slept till about 5 when W decided to wake up every 10 min and then go back to sleep. I'm still tired but feeling much better after this draining week.
C and I slept like crap overnight. The library is having a Curious George 75th birthday event today. Story times, video showings, pictures with Curious George. We are planning to go. It could be awesome or it could be a mad house.
So tired. Vacuumed half house already. Now at gym. Then home to finish cleaning then naps then shopping for kids to have some "falling" to wear for pictures next week.
flippinchica Good luck with the house offer! Very exciting.
@janetheconquerer That's a productive day already and it's still early. And all while solo parenting? I'm impressed. How was the rest of the night with C?
Finally cleaned kitchen, was getting to insanity level filth. N is napping, i am skimming skinny taste, grocery list for tomorrow and then solo trip to the library!
Ear infection. At least right ear, trying to look at the left ear was really upsetting him and treatment is the same so we didn't bother and are assuming he has one in his left ear as well.
First ear infection and first time on antibiotics. He's finally napping, doctor and store to get his medicine threw it off.
Came home and fought with H,but it got us talking which needed to happen.
aydee, it was a rough night. Hopefully tonight is easier.
Since being home, I've done a load of laundry, cleaned 2 bathrooms, cleaned the kitchen, mopped, made lunch, made pumpkin muffins, 1kid napped and showered.
The kids are eating their 3rd muffin and i have the FSU game on.
Now I want to make pumpkin stuff after all of this baking talk
We went to the library. It was bonkers and I made H come along after working all night to take a photo with C and Curious George. We signed up for an initiative to read 1,000 books before Kindergarten. I like a good goal.
PSA: today is curiosity day. A lot of bookstores like B&N and libraries are having curious George events today if you need something to do.
Kids loaded up to go shopping then meet H for dinner (he's driving into town now) and the little buggers fell asleep. So now I'm sitting parked at Kohl's under some trees. My book is at home.

No shopping ampaints! I sat in the parking lot for over an hour then went to meet H. Addie woke up on the way and said she was hungry, then when she saw us pull up to the restaurant, she started crying because she wanted to go buy a shirt...lol. I was like sweetheart, you slept the entire time we sat in front of the store....
ampaints I'm doing well! We did some re-sleep training ava after summer travel/learning to roll to belly/learning to stand in crib/being sick/switching to one nap....and so far all seems to be on the right track (jinxing isn't real, jinxing isn't real, jinxing isn't real, lol).
Our home projects are coming along which makes me so happy. MH and I had been going through a rough patch but have been doing counseling and that has helped tremendously.
I realize that was a LOT to a light-hearted question but, I feel like I haven't checked in here much lately and I need to take advantage of the moments when I can post!

Also I went through the sales ad this morning and made my meal plan and shopping list. Went to the store and it took me a good 20 minutes (and a half full cart) to realize the sale prices start tomorrow. D'oh! I put everything back, got what I needed for dinner and I'm just going to do curbside pickup for the rest tomorrow.
