What kind of routine/pattern is your baby in right now. And I use that term loosely. My guess is we will all be in different places. But at 14 (15? OMG I don't even know) weeks we are still taking many many short naps.

It's so hard to say, I had DS on such a strict schedule at this age. But dealing with a lot toddler and his schedule DD has to be flexible. On average she wakes up at 8, she takes a lot of cat naps in the car or ergo especially on days DS has school. She nurses about every 3 hours until about 6 and then is almost hourly. Bath between 8 and 8:30 then get ready for bed. She is typically asleep by 9:30, we are working towards an earlier bedtime.

On weekdays: 6am wake up, nurse 7:30 top-off nursing session 7:30am off to daycare with dad, naps in car (30-40 min) 9:30 4-5oz bottle at daycare 12:30 4-5oz bottle at daycare 3:30 4-5oz bottle at daycare Naps at daycare are all over the place, never more than an hour long, usually more like 20-30 min. Usually takes 2-3 naps. 5pm dad picks up from daycare, naps in car 30-40 min. 6pm home, nurse, play, read story, sometimes a bath 7-8pm bedtime Overnight is variable right now - anywhere from zero to 3 or so wake-ups.
I guess we're in the many, many short naps camp too. The twice a day car ride enforces that somewhat. He is 17 weeks old today.
Ok. We are 14 weeks today. Up between 730 and 8 and back down within an hour (usually on way to drop off DD1). And now that I've paid attention I realize she eats(nurses) every 2 hours during the day. Rarely longer unless we are out and about. Plays and then sleeps 35-45 mins. Usually at some point she has a longer nap. Lately that's been in the evening. Then she's back out by 730/8 pm for the night. Which just moved up from 9 pm. Wakes to eat 1/2 times and sometimes another few times because her hands must be chewed on.
So I guess no one is really in the 3 nap pattern yet.
DD is 4 months and pretty much naps every 90 min or so from her wake up around 7ish. Naps vary wildly from 30 to 2hrs (only a few of those). I would say most are 30-45min. Her longest awake stretch is usually right before bed and can be 2hrs. Bed is anywhere between 7 and 9 depending on what time she last woke up and how long it takes to put her down. She eats every 2-3 hrs - more frequently in the evenings. My mom watches her when I'm working, so we don't have a strict schedule yet. It's more just to make sure she doesn't get overtired!
Everyday is so different, but he usually naps 4-5 times a day. Most naps are 30 minutes, but lately he's been having one 1 hour nap. He's usually awake for 2 hours after he wakes up at 7. Sleeps anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Then he's up for 1-2 hours depending on how long he slept for his nap. It's like that for most of the day, then he's awake for 2 hours before bed which is between 6 and 6:30. We bed share and I don't always keep track of how often he is awake at night. I just shove a boob in his mouth while I'm half asleep and then we both fall right back asleep. Lately it seems that he's been waking up a lot more. It's been exhausting.

We're up between 7-8 and she comes to bed with me, nurses, plays for about an hour then long morning nap to around 11. Nurse, play, another long nap starting between 1-2. She starts to get cranky around 6 and night cat nap before we finally go to bed around 9.

She gets up for the day around 6:30. She usually stays awake for 1.5-2 hours between naps, but that can vary quite a bit. She eats between 2-6 ounces of formula every 2 hours. She goes to bed around 7, but sometimes earlier or later. So, basically nothing is predictable.
We too schedule ourselves more around the toddler. So DD2's schedule is really dependent on the day of the week and the activities planned for that.
THat said, she typically wakes up bewteen 6 and 7, naps for about 45 minutes to an hour in her crib two hours after wake up. Then is up till about 12 when DD1 goes down for her nap. She naps 1.5-2 hours then. Then a quick 30 minute nap around 4-5. Bedtime is at 7. Her wake-ups have been all over the place lately, but usually it is one or no wake-ups.
She's still eating about every 2 hours during the day, though sometimes she will go as long as 4 hours.

We're at 13 weeks and definitely still in the undefined nap territory. As a FTM I'm too worried to mess up any hope of a schedule so I basically sit home all day to accommodate his naps.
At most he is awake 1.5-2 hours after waking.
Goes to bed between 7-8 at night, wakes at night around 2 AM, sometimes also at midnight, again at around 5-6 AM and will sometimes go back to sleep until 7 AM. Up for day around then, then an hour nap at around 8 AM.
Sometimes I can get him to take a long nap in the afternoon around 1 PM-3ish but that's hit or miss.
I'm relieved to hear everyone else's naps are short/irregular as well!

I need to check the main board more often.
He's unpredictable, but he pretty much always wakes around 5:30 to eat (on amazing, blue corn moon nights, this is the first wake-up), eats, and falls back asleep. Usually wakes again around 7:30. With the nanny, he has typically had a morning nap and an afternoon nap... usually an hour or so in the morning and 2-3 hours in the afternoon. Sounds like I have a unicorn in this respect.
Yesterday he napped FOUR hours from 1:45-5:45pm. That said, today he napped all of 45 minutes all day and is currently sleeping on my boob at 6:30pm. So we're unpredictable but getting closer to two general naptimes. Evenings are off and on the boob, where he might doze. Bedtime 9:30-10ish.
He usually wakes between four and five, eats quickly and goes back to sleep. I wake him again at 7:15 to get him ready for the sitter and feed him again. He eats about every 2-2.5 hours. I guess he has been napping a couple times a day for the sitter for maybe an hour tops each time. He occasionally takes a short nap in the late afternoon/early evening, but that isn't consistent. He typically eats for the last time around 9.
Wake up about 7, play, eat, play, go out to some activity, eat, nap at noon for 1-3 hours, eat, play, eat eat eat, bedtime at 7:30-8. Short little cat naps inbetween all that that last 20-50 minutes.
Daytime he eats about every 2 hrs, longer if we're out n about. Nighttime he eats every 2-4hrs. Almost always at 11pm and 5am and depending on how good of a day it is, 1 or more times in between.

We are 17 weeks right now.
We are up most days by 6. She nurses, goes to daycare. Takes a 2.5-3 ounce bottle every three hours. She takes a long nap around 730-930. She then will cat nap after the morning feeding. Then after the noonish feeding she will take a long 2-3 hour nap. I am home around 530-6 we nurse. Then walk as a family. I nurse her again between 7-8 and she goes to bed. Uo around 12-1 and then sometimes 4.
I work four days a week and she goes to school three. This was only my second week back.
Exact schedule as greysonsmom except bedtime is 8-8:30. I can't wait for consistent longer naps. It's so hard to wfh when I never know when I'm going to get an hour of work or 20 min.
