What are your goals: I want to lose some weight, but more I want to improve my energy level and just try and be more upbeat!
How are you doing: starting out. I want to get healthy again but I really need to try and keep my energy level up, sorta do more to feel better if that makes sense.
What are you focusing on this week: making a list of tasks and accomplishing them. Using nap time for more than just watching TV.
Accomplishments/brags: this morning I went for a walk/jog with LO and then while she napped I cleaned our bathroom.
Hardships: just adjusting my base level to be more active, takes time to get used to that. It's so easy to just collapse and watch TV when LO naps and do nothing all day.
GTKY: what was the last splurge/unnecessary item you bought for yourself?
I just bought myself a new fancy planner. I consider this a splurge bc it's absurd to spend 40-50 on a planner. I love them but I generally only end up using them for 2-3 months before I get bored and forget about it...
I also signed up for mama's milk box... I do really need some clothes, but this is probably more than I would usually spend. I got my first box and I kept 3 tops.
What are your goals: Right now my focus is to clean up my diet before Chase weans. I can "get away" with a lot between nursing and running, but it'll catch up to me if I don't clean things up.
How are you doing: Don't ask!
What are you focusing on this week: I need to cut back on booze, maybe have a drink just a couple nights a week with dinner, rather than every night.
Accomplishments/brags: See "How are you doing", LOL. On a slightly more serious note, at least working out is never a problem. I love to run and (somewhat) happily get up at 5 every morning to get in some miles and enjoy some "me" time.
Hardships: My sweet tooth rules me.
GTKY: what was the last splurge/unnecessary item you bought for yourself? I can't even remember when I bought anything for myself other than the random item on sale or clearance. That's probably a sign that I should go shopping, right?
