I think I have said I don't washi or decorate my planner like others do. I feel part of the allure of the planner is to do what you want to do in it or not.

Some people draw.

Some color.

Some use stickers.

Some don't.

I know for me, I stopped posting how I use my planner cause I thought it would be boring, repetitive, and mundane.

I agree with @aditi be the change you want to see!

Yesterday I saw an email come in to my inbox from daycare that was titled "Family Falling Out." I broke out in a sweat wondering WTF was going on and then my boss came up and started talking to me which turned into a long conversation. The whole time I was really worried about what the email said because daycare drama is the absolute last thing I want in this world.


So I finally get back and click on the email and a big picture of an apple tree popped up. And then I realized it said "Family Fall Outing."

Please enroll me in pobre's remedial reading class.

We actually camped out at the McDonald's across the street, & then MH took the kids home when it was obvious she wasn't having the baby at a resonable school night hour. I did stay till she had the baby, because she had told me previously that she hoped somebody from BILs side would be there since my inlaws were OOT

When I had Willow my cousin, her 6 month old baby and her husband and then my aunt and uncle all showed up at the hospital when I was still in recovery in the delivery suite.

I still had on the gown I delivered in.

I don't know what the fuck anyone was thinking. I was so overwhelmed.

Ours was in the midst of flu season, so they already had restrictions in place as to who was even able to visit.

I'm late but next time I have a baby I am going to be forceful and tell everyone to leave me alone until I get home. The exception will be my mom and dad. There were eleventy people in my PP room and I had been up for almost 3 days at that point after a long labor. I felt like I was in a dream and needed everyone to fucking leave but people drove an hour to get to the hospital to see the baby. I will set out expectations far in advance the next time around.
