C? I don't like holding other people's newborns (up until? 8 to 10 wks) they are just so damn precious and it feels like an invasion of intimate privacy. I didn't like having my littles passed around ever. My h, mom/dad, pil's, my brother, their brothers yes otherwise nope wait until they are older please.
I did oblige but never liked it nor felt comfortable with it.

My niece brought all 3 of her kids to visit who were all toddlers at the time and the youngest was playing with the biohazard trash can and crawling on the floor. She ignored her kids while holding my kid and me and H pretty much wrangles her kids. I was not happy.

ETA: I should say H's niece because my family does not poke the bear.

I finally signed up for pottermore because of that damned patronus quiz. I'm irrationally upset that I got sorted into Slytherin. I'M CLEARLY A RAVENCLAW! My patronus is a sphinx cat though. Lol.

But right after the exam, he walked me out and sat me down and handed me my contacts and charged me $40 for just that. I just paid it because I am awful at standing up for myself.

I went through all of the emotions, and while some of them may have been irrational, I was just doing the best I could (while trying to deal with insane levels of hormones). People who would be all LOL FIRST TIME MOMS to me made me want to punch them in the face.

Let me see if I have this right...RoN didn't do/say anything offensive to the mom that insisted that RoN and children come to see her in the hospital (she might have a relative like mine that will have hurt feelings if you don't visit in the hospital).  RoN just posted on here that she did an internal eye roll when the mom made a comment that she considered to be very FTM of her. I don't see where she disputed the right of the FTM to react in that manner, she was confessing (therefore feeling some sort of guilt) that she felt a certain kind of way about the FTM not thinking an experienced mother like herself could not calm a fussing baby.  I guess I missed where the entitlement and all of that came in?

The new quiz is bad. It sorted DH into Ravenclaw. He is a Hufflepuff mixed with a Gryffindor. He'd even be Slytherin before Ravenclaw. 

I ported my account over from the original launch so that my house would remain in tact.

I was that pregnant person who told everyone in our immediate family that they HAD to get the Tdap vaccine in order to hold the baby. People were.... not happy. My family treated me like a Mom-zilla. Looking back, I guess I was probably stressing myself out more than I needed to. But when literally every single health care professional I encountered told me to not, under any circumstances, let someone hold the baby who hadn't had the vaccine, I just trusted them.
