We've been solidly on one nap for a while now, but it's recently been pushed to a bit later, even at home, since he's been in the toddle room. So the day looks like:
Wake around 7 Nap about 12-2 Start bedtime routine around 7, in bed by about 7:30/8.
I'm really in love with this schedule because we get to eat lunch together, and maybe get back to going out for lunch on weekends without it being right in the middle of nap time. Which means he's going to want to change things again soon, probably.

5-5:30am wake-up M-F, 6-7am wake-up on weekends breakfast around 8am lunch around 11:30-noon nap M-F around noon-2pm, on weekends usually around 2-3pm and may only be about an hour snack M-F around 2:30pm, no formal snack on weekends bedtime 7:30pm-8:15pm
Wake up between 6-6:30 Nap? Hah. If she takes one at home it's between 10-11 and is for usually no more than 1 hour. More often than not she fights it and takes a 30-60 minute nap in the car. Bed at 7.

We're still in the two nap club. 1st Sometime between 9-10 usually lasts about 30 minutes to an hour. 2nd between 2-3 about 1 hour. Some days he does skip a nap and then some days he takes 3 (like now when he's sick ). Bedtime starts between 7:30-8, could take 5 minutes or an hour.

Up between 730 and 8 (usually) Nap for 2 or 2.5 hours, starting anywhere between noon and 2 pm. I have to wake him up by 3 Monday through Wednesday so I can get him to daycare and myself to work on time Bed around 8/830
Wake 6:15 or so Nap 9:30-11:30 at the nanny's (I know, it's early, but it's what works) or 10:30-12:30 at home Bedtime starts at 6:30
. This seems like what A is doing today. She napped from 830am-11am and doesn't seem to want another nap so maybe I'll try putting her to bed at 6 or 630...

It's what works for us since we have to be up early for work, but damn if it doesn't suck on the weekends.

C wakes between 6-7. Breakfast usually about 30 minutes after he wakes up. Lunch around 11:30-12 Nap 12/12:30-3:30 (at home. Thursday is DC day and he has only been napping for an hour) Snack when we wake from nap. Dinner around 7:15/7:30 Bed anywhere between 8:15-8:45

This almost exactly.
And us. Girl hates sleep. I'm not sure that she's actually my child...

Wake up sometime between 5:30-6:15 Trying to push to one nap so that's usually 10-11:30/12, but if he falls asleep at 9 then he'll usually take a second nap at 2-3 for an hour. I'd much rather one nap a day because then bedtime is at 6:30 vs. 8 pm on a two nap day and then he's not getting enough nighttime sleep.
Wake-up 6:30-8 depending if we have to wake her (6:30 during the week) and most days on the weekend she will sleep till 7:45ish. At home or at my MIL';s Nap 1 is 10-12ish Nap 2 is 3-5ish bed time is 7pm

Z would love to take two naps per day, but wants to sleep 11-1:30 and then 4-6 and stay up until 11. That doesn't work for mama, so I usually push him to only one nap. 7:00 up for the day (usually a little later on my days off) 1:00-3:00+ nap 8:30/9 bed
He hates going to sleep, but sleeps well once he's there.
