The good: I've cleaned up my food habits considerably The bad: though I do have a gingerale with dinner everyday because I've been feeling sick a lot and it helps settle things. And I skipped the gym today The proud: menu planning I guess. I've been lacking in that department lately so getting back to it is super helpful. The plan: keep up with the menu. Get back to weight training.
QOTW: I drink a lot of water throughout the day, but I've never really measured it
Came down with something over the weekend so am currently all stuffed up, coughing and snottering like mad ugh. I ate through half a pound of licorice in attempt to soften my sore throat.. lol. Will catch up next week ;-)

The Good: I had a salad for lunch just now. Yum. Oh and I went on a 4 mile walk this morning! I LOVE FALL.
The Bad: I had a LOT of champagne last night because it was our anniversary and we just sat on the porch with the whole (double) bottle... the day after I decided I was going to give up alcohol for a month. Oops. Its a bad month to choose that though because my birthday is next week also and we are going to a winery. Hmpf.
The Proud: I didn't eat like a total jerk all weekend. So thats good...
The Plan: Walk more than one day this week if I can. And keep up with the salads.
QOTD: I know I'm not drinking enough water lately. How much do you drink each day? I don't drink enough. I know I don't. And when I force myself to, I have to pee constantly and I hate that.

MissSally keep up the good eating!!! And don't worry about the couple days of drinking!! Idk maybe I drink a few of my refillable water containers a day. Not enough I know that
