Tell me to calm down (waiting for results)

So it will be 2 weeks tomorrow since my blood was drawn for Materniti21 and I am still waiting for results.  The nurse said 7-10 business days but the website said within 5 days of receipt of the sample.  Now the paranoid PGAL part of my brain is freaking out that it is taking a longish time to come back because there is something wrong and they need to confirm it.  The rational part of my brain says that it is still technically within 10 business days and it is not a big deal.  The actual NT scan looked fine but I am "high risk" because of my age.  Please tell me I'm being ridiculous.

Yeah, I called today and the nurse said that they haven't got the results from the lab yet and reminded me that it is 10 business days.  She reassured me that she will call as soon as she has them.

Waiting is so hard. Try to keep yourself busy with other things. The testing is usually always slow. Hopefully the results will come in by Friday so you don't have to wait until the weekend is over. ((Hugs))

You're being ridiculous! J/K :-). I can totally understand but I also know that all 3 of my Panorama tests have taken the full 2 weeks that my OB estimated and all 3 had low risk results. I'm sorry the wait is stressing you out hon- just try to be patient and focus on the excitement of learning the sex of the baby (assuming you're not team green). The results will be here soon!

Thanks. It does calm me down to hear that it took that long with normal results sunflwra. I had been doing pretty well til I started spiraling a bit today.

FX that your results come soon. My screening results took forever to get back. It took about three weeks for me to get results (everything was fine). I hope you hear good news soon.

I was the same way! I worried about the same thing, i thought for sure it was taking longer because something was wrong. I called to check at exactly 10 business days. No reasonable advice here, I'm a crazy person!
I hope your results come in soon!
