I've been up since about 3:50. F won't stop screaming. We don't know what else to do with her. H even brought her in the bed with us. She nursed a bit. My alarm went off at 5 and she's currently losing her shit with H.
rvamama So sorry! Could it be ears? I know she has tubes, but that is how M acts when she has an ear infection and is in pain when laying down. Just a thought. Poor F is obviously hurting. It sucks so hard that they can't communicate the issue.
sjep922 OMG. Lice is the worst! FX it's out of your house soon.
M is out sick today. Her temp is floating around where they would kick her out of school. So it's not worth trying. The Motrin would just wear off and they'd call me. I don't know what's wrong. Baby cold still hanging on? Vaccines? Teething? No idea.
Boss man is letting me work from home, so we have to run to work to grab my laptop. I had a feeling that I should have brought it home yesterday. Oh well. The ladies will be excited to see M, even if she's sick.
rvamama, so sorry for the rough night :-(. I hope F is OK!
malvo, LOLing at the vegetable garden. Hope M doesn't get worse! Could just be the weather/seasonal change? I'm sensitive to all of that.. I feel like shit today. My head is clogged and my throat is a little sore.
Happy Friday. I think I might leave early to swing by Target and get my kid some new clothes. It's cold and she has, like, 2 long sleeve shirts. Whoops..

rvamama Congrats on your job! I'm sorry F is feeling bad.
sjep922 Tea tree oil is great to prevent lice. I use a shampoo once a week on myself because there is always a kid with live at school.
malvo I hope M feels better soon! Jo and my M are home again today.
Re: Target clothes. They don't have 24 month clothes and 2T just swim on Jo. Is there really a difference in sizes? The 18 month clothes are s little snug but I got her a 2T shirt and it looks ridiculous. Carters store carries 24 month but Target doesn't.
graciest719 thanks for the info! I will look for that. She's had them before and it's such such a pain! Also, A is having the same clothing issues. I really didn't think 24 months and 2t would have such a difference? So her winter wardrobe is mostly carter's. Now I just need it to cool down enough for said clothes.
graciest719, I don't know why so hard!! Someone told me 2T is the same as 24, just longer, but they lied. I just keep buying 2T now and it's mostly working.
A mom on the Facebook group said 24 months are wider then 2t to compensate for diapers. E can wear 3t. I put her in a pair of 3t jeans to see how big and they were just a little long on her but fit in the waist because they were elastic.
18 mo tops are a H to snug for A now, but she has room to spare in the shorts still. I just got her 24 mo mostly and am hoping for the best. We'll see.
I was upstairs putting laundry away last night and apparently A wanted to "help" feed the dogs. Then she apparently thought it would be a good idea to try a piece of her dog food.
No one tried to take it back out of her mouth? And she ate and swallowed it...
Won't eat grilled chicken or half the stuff I try to feed her, but dog food is ok apparently?

Like sjep922, I've just gotten this round of clothing pretty much from Carters exclusively. My chunky monkey is just not ready for 2T. Now M, on the other hand, is pulling at the seams of his 3-6 sleeper!
I'm playing hooky from my life today. I called in sick to work and my mom is home with the kids. I am at Starbucks loading inventory into Shop the Roe and enjoying my tea latte. Don't tell anyone.

sjep922, When I was a kid we had to play outside a lot. If we came in we had to wash up and it was a hassle so we stayed outside all the time. Drank water out of the hose when we got thirsty. We kept milk bones in a big container in the garage. Those were out snacks.
I guess the point of the anecdote is that A will be fine. Or I was a disgusting child. Probably both.

Oh I know she'll be fine! Lol. We drank out of hoses and picked fruit from neighbors trees etc.
I just love that she won't eat normal food I have her and she looks disgusted at the thought. But is totally cool with dog food. Ha ha.

We have been having some gas pains over here. Just an idea.

Today has been such a slow boring day....i've had a total of ONE email come in. I should be thankful but it just seems like it was a waste of day to even come in and stare at my screen.
D finally has his 18month appointment today even though he's not officially there until Sunday. Then it's him and I this evening as MH is going out with his buddy for beers and dinner. I pray that my little beast will take it easy on me since its Friday
