Question of the week: do you tend to oversalt or do you try to keep your food low sodium? I generally eat a pretty low sodium diet. I very rarely add table salt to anything I eat, and DH thinks I undersalt food sometimes.

Substitutions, additions, personal review, etc: The pizza waffles were a hit! I added a small amount of pepperoni chopped up, with the skin removed. I made them in a rectangle Belgian waffle maker and it made 12. Also, you can reheat in the toaster for a warm lunch

I tend to keep my salting to a minimum, but occasionally I have to add extra salt to things.
@sparky85 so do you busy have to grease the waffle maker really good? I tried baking canned cinnamon rolls in my waffle maker. The sauce was a PITA to clean of but maybe that was just because of sugar.
Also is a Belgian waffle maker a special kind?
I just gave it a quick spray of oil, nithing major. The waffle batter kind of goes around the cheese as it bakes.
A belgian waffle iron has deeper holes, but i don't think it would matter what you used.
